Rent pretty house on the ground floor of 60 m2 with wooden terrace of 50 m2 and garden not overlooked, in a secure residence with swimming pool and private parking.

Privileged location: The port of St Tropez is 10 minutes walk and the beach of Bouillabaisse 100 meters.
The residence is calm and very pleasant.

The accommodation is spacious and bright.
It includes an equipped kitchen open to a comfortable living room with access to a beautiful wooden terrace of 50 m2 and the private garden.
- 2 bedrooms :
The 1st bedroom has a 160x190 bed, 1 closet and 1 TV as well as access to the terrace.
The 2nd bedroom is made up of 2 90x190 beds and 1 large closet. 1 sofa bed for one person is available in the living room.
- 1 bathroom:
Italian shower, 2 sinks with storage, towel dryer, washing machine and wc.

Great Time near Saint Tropez

We had a Great time in The Apartment. Super clean, good and easy Communication with yann. It is Right next to The Pool. In The Garden you can Hear The Busy street that you unfortunately have to Cross to get to The Beach. The Beach is about 10 Minutes away on foot and is super nice. Saint tropez Harbor is 20 minutes Walk away. Overall, Great Residential complex. We would come again - but with bicycles (The road was Almost exclusively Traffic Jams and Even The Bakery is quite far away on foot).

Das Ferienhaus entspricht dem Internetauftritt und ist super gut ausgestattet. Auch die AC läuft prima!Der schöne Strand von Bouillabaisse ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen…St Tropez in 20 Minuten.Die Kommunikation mit Yann lief schnell und unkompliziert.Einziger Kritikpunkt: ein wenig sparsam mit Handtüchern ausgestattet.

Sehr schöner und geschmackvoll eingerichteter Bungalow mit direktem Zugang zum Pool. St. Tropez in fußläufiger Entfernung. Im Inneren ruhig, auf der Terasse war die Hauptstrasse zu hören, aber das war bekannt und ist in dieser Umgebung normal. SEHR gute Problemlösung durch den Gastgeber, telefonisch die Zugangscodes erklärt, da seine mail nicht, bzw nur zu Hause angekommen war und wir schon eine Weile unterwegs waren. Gerne wieder LG MO

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Wohnung sehr gepflegt, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, ebenso die große Terrasse , alles da . Schöne Anlage mit Pool und Parkplatz, Nahe zur Straße, fanden wir aber nicht störend. Kommunikation mit Yann lief schnell und sehr freundlich.
