Lovely property

We had a fantastic week here at Port Grimaud. The property itself was clean and well maintained, with everything we needed. There was a beautiful garden which had a stunning view. The location was perfect being quiet with easy access to many amenities. We would highly recommend this property!

The apartment with water access and jetty is Perfect. Landlord very friendly, apartment clean and cozy with good facilities. We also liked the secure port facility of Port Grimaud and the nearby beach. We had a pleasant vacation and will be back.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons retrouvé un petit coin de paradis. (2nd séjour dans l'appartement) L'emplacement est vraiment top, au calme et à proximités des coches d'eaux et de la petite plage de port grimaud. L'appartement est idéalement adapté à une famille avec deux jeunes enfants. Le gros point négatif reste le ménage, fait de manière trop légère. Nous avons dû tout re-nettoyer lors de notre arrivée, le service de ménage est à revoir. La communication avec Paul est très fluide et sympathique.

Emplacement top, mais un logement pas assez entretenu

Superbe emplacement au sein de port Grimaud, appartement spacieux et un beau jardin donnant sur les canaux du port. Dommage que l'appartement ne soit pas mieux entretenu et l’accueil plus soigné notamment en terme de propreté.

Chère, désolée que vous n'ayez la propriété qu'un trois. Je ne peux pas en juger car je ne suis pas à port grimaud cette année et la location se fait par l'intermédiaire de quelqu'un de la région. Quoi qu'il en soit, l'hiver prochain, je ferai rénover l'intérieur pour que le rez-de-chaussée soit aussi beau que l'autre appartement. N'hésitez pas à réserver l'année prochaine si vous voulez. Paradies auf französisch.

Wir mussten zuerst diverse Sachen des Eigentümers wegräumen um unsere Sachen einräumen zu können. Leider ist die Ausstattung teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Markise hat Risse, Wäscheständer defekt, Fernseher ohne Funktion, da Stromkabel fehlt. Die Gartenmöbel sind schon sehr wacklig geworden. Esstischstühle sind alte Gartenklappstühle. Dusche funktioniert , sollte aber auch erneuert werden. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Heizung funktioniert gut aber Warmwasser kommt mal wärmer, mal kälter. Lage ist top, die Infrastruktur von Port Grimaud gewährleistet einen ruhigen, sicheren Urlaub.

Appartement très bien situé

Paul, l’hôte , est très compréhensif et arrangeant. L’emplacement dans la Marina, est tres agréable car il est loin de l’agitation de la partie centrale et en même temps proche de la petite plage. Nous avons aussi apprécié la place de parking proche de l’appartement.

Magnifique séjour

L'appart est très agréable avec son jardin donnant sur les quais. Au soleil le matin, à l'ombre l'après midi, idéal pour obtenir un peu de fraicheur. Il est tout équipé, super fonctionnel (machine à laver, lave vaisselle) - Les draps et linges de maison sont fournis, ce qui est un confort supplémentaire. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Port Grimaud, dans un appartement très paisible et reposant !
