* Ideally located just a few hundred meters from the sea, the villa is close to the charming village of Moulleau, where everything can be done easily on foot or by bike. You will find numerous cafés, restaurants, and ice cream parlors popular with families. At the end of the pier, UBA boats provide several daily crossings to Cap Ferret or the Banc d’Arguin.
* Also nearby are the Arcachon Tennis Club, Thalazur Thalassotherapy center, and in the direction of La Teste, the Arcachon golf course.
* The villa is served by the EHO small electric bus line, which stops on demand for a very affordable price.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit of €3,500 will be requested as part of the rental. Managed via the secure online service **Swikly**, it is mandatory and must be completed prior to arrival.
The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not affect your credit card limits.
Within 7 days after your departure, and subject to compliance with the general rental conditions and the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically canceled.
