A stunning 5 days

The villa is simply stunning and the perfect location to holiday for a week or 2. We had friends and family join us at various times during our stay - everyone noted how beautiful the villa was presented and the space it allowed everyone to enjoy. I can not recommend more highly!

Family Celebration Week

The property offers a wonderful space inside and outside and we had a great family holiday despite poor weather. However, the property inside looks tired and is poorly maintained. The jacuzzi was broken and we were unable to use it all week. Poor quality bedding which didn't seem clean. Some soiled duvets (blood & stains on some). No towels on beds on arrival, we had to find them. There were several potential dangerous areas (poorly maintained decking - trip hazard; Glass steam room door scraping on the floor, loose handle. A lack of provision in some areas for large parties eg. not enough dining room chairs to sit around the table, not enough wine glasses, lights not working in children's dormitory, warped table tennis table with no net. The petanque court was full of weeds & the boules were rusty. On the plus side the pool was great (water temperature perfect) and the kids loved the cinema size TV projector. Living spaces were well furnished and very comfortable. The host was available and helpful all week but not local so our issues weren't resolved during our stay.

Regarding the jacuzzi issue, I'd like to remind you that we kept the pool heater on especially for you to compensate for the jacuzzi's malfunction, despite the external temperature being only 15°C. Une superbe expérience

Le logement a tout pour plaire : de très grands espaces à vivre, de nombreuses chambres, une grande cuisine avec tout le nécessaire, une piscine, un jacuzzi et un sauna tout neuf dignes d'un grand hôtel... Nous y étions pour un séminaire d'entreprise à 12 personnes et nous avons pu vraiment profiter de tout l'espace, autant pour travailler que pour se reposer. Mention spéciale pour le rétroprojecteur du second salon qui nous a permis de faire nos présentations facilement, mais aussi de jouer et de regarder des films tous ensemble.

Ein Traumhaus - sehr zu empfehlen

Wir hatten das große Glück, unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbringen zu dürfen, und es hat wirklich all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Das Haus ist ein wahres Traumhaus – modern, stilvoll und unglaublich gut ausgestattet. Von der voll eingerichteten Küche, die keine Wünsche offen lässt, bis hin zu den gemütlichen Schlafzimmern und dem großzügigen Wohnbereich, alles war perfekt. Franck als Gastgeber ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Er stand uns bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung und antwortete super schnell. Auch die Hausübergabe durch Chantal verlief reibungslos und sehr herzlich. Das Haus und die Gastgeber haben unseren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus jedem wärmstens empfehlen.

Une belle maison dans une belle région

Nous avons été charmés par cette location et sa localisation. Franck Boniface est un hôte prévoyant et très réactif aux demandes. En outre l’accueil sur place par Chantal était très pro! La maison est très belle et confortable tant par son intérieur spacieux que par la piscine et les terrasses extérieures. Nous recommandons!

Het was geweldig. Wij waren met 15 man, de kinderen hadden een eigen zit- en slaapgedeelte en de volwassenen ook. Heerlijk! Alles was schoon en netjes, iedereen heeft zich heerlijk vermaakt bij het zwembad. Als we weer naar Frankrijk gaan, gaan we hier weer naar toe

Une très belle maison contemporaine, moderne et confortable . Vraiment Agréable à vivre même nombreux avec des ados . Localisée idéalement entre bassin et Cap Ferret . Accueil parfait et communication fluide et rapide avec Franck . Vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermés !!

Le Bassin hors saison

Une belle demeure contemporaine très, très grande située dans un lotissement résidentiel très calme mais proche des commerces. Prévoir les vélos pour profiter pleinement des pistes cyclables proches de la maison. Le propriétaire est très disponible et soucieux que le séjour se déroule parfaitement.

Excellent séjour dans cette très grande villa très bien équipée

Tout y était pour passer un séjour en famille avec un bébé, un enfant et un groupe d'adulte. La maison peut tout aussi bien se louer en été qu'en hiver avec sa multitude d'équipements. Tout est simple et efficace à l'utilisation. La région est pleine de découverte à faire. Seul petit bémole et revers de la médaille pour cette maison c'est qu'elle est tellement grande que certains équipements étaient trop loin de l'espace de vie pour en profiter. Merci pour ce séjour! Je recommande chaudement.

Superbe séjour...

Merci à Chantal pour son accueil. Très belles prestations. Maison très spatieuse, impeccable au niveau ménage. Rien dire, tout est réuni pour passer de moments tant pour les enfants que pour les adultes. Tout est très bien expliqué par vidéo pour le fonctionnement jacuzzi, Hamam , rétroprojecteur , hi fi.
