Comfortable space to enjoy Denver

The space was comfortable and clean, had a nice backyard with fire pit, conveniently close to supermarket. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

great little place, not far from fun

we stayed here as we were participating in the MS MuckFest in Denver. The property was nice, clean and quiet. We were able to have all the fun we were expecting within a short drive from the property. The property itself you can tell was recently renovated and very welcoming. Jorge was a pleasure to have a host and was available if we needed anything. I would stay here again or recommend staying here to friends/family traveling to the area.

Very minimalist, just as advertised. Owner was very pleasant to deal with. Beautiful home.

I needed a home close to my family residence, it was perfect. Easy accessible, owner was flexible and able to meet my family prior to my arrival. Neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely rent again! Blessed to have been there a week, and blesses the home had air conditioning during the hot days in Denver.

Wonderful Place!

I was looking for a clean, contemporary, and relaxing place to spend a birthday weekend with my daughter, and Mar Lee fit the bill to a T! It was clean, spacious, yet cozy, and very inviting. The modern kitchen had everything you could possibly need to whip up meals if you didn't feel like going out. The appliances are all new and clean, and you could hardly hear the dishwasher, which was great if you were watching t.v. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the linens were very soft. Extra blankets are provided if you wanted to snuggle up on the inovative pull-out couch that allows you to put your feet out while watching your favorites shows. The large French doors let in a lot of light, as the other windows in the front part of the house. I really liked the recessed lighting, and how it allowed you to highlight each section of the room, creating an intimate feel. Jorge is a gracious host and replied to inquiries in a timely manner. He also made it clear that he is easily accessible, and was more than willing to address any issue ASAP, which was very reassuring. All in all, this is a wonderful property if you're looking for a clean, relaxing, and modern place to stay during your visit to beautiful Colorado!

Property has been fully remodeled from top to bottom. Completely new kitchen with Quartz countertop and a counter depth bar. Stainless steel appliances. New bathroom with dual shower heads and body shower heads as well. Two spacious bedrooms with queen size beds. New flooring new paint, new doors and more.

What makes this property unique

House has a modern minimalist approach to it. Only having what is essential for every day living making the home feel clutter free. House has an open floor plan which makes it look more spacious. Huge main window lets in the daylight and French doors open up into the back deck/patio section.
