Guests will enjoy complete privacy and exclusive access to the entire basement apartment. There is no guest access to the upstairs apartment, which is occupied by long-term renters.

Great addition of HVAC in the unit since we stayed last. The apartment is bright and airy, exceptionally clean and well-appointed. It was our first time staying with our children. It was great having a crib and full washer & dryer. And the location just can't be beat, with Washington Park steps away, including the pool and playgrounds. My daughter and I had a great stay at the Washington Park Getaway. Literally steps from Washington Park, we loved being able to walk with my daughter’s dog. It was a beautiful weekend. The place itself is great…basement level but a place for sunlight on the patio. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Would definitely stay there again.
