**Newly painted and updated** Located alongside Lake Erie, your family will be right in the middle of all that Ashtabula and Geneva-on-the-Lake have to offer. Relax and let the soothing sounds of the lake lull you to sleep. Our cottage has all the comforts of home including A/C and Heat, WIFi, 3 smart tv’s and all linens and kitchen supplies. With 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8) and 2 full baths (shower/tub combo) there is plenty of room for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove/oven, full sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave and more. Staying for an extended period? We have a washer/dryer on site to handle your laundry needs. Unfortunately, private access to the Beach has been closed due to high water. Only 3.5 miles to Walnut Beach (public) and the Historic Ashtabula Harbor’s Bridge Street (voted winner of America’s Main Street 2018) for shopping and dining. Only 5.0 miles to all the fun waiting on the strip at Geneva-on-the-Lake. You can make a day of visiting the local wineries and 19 covered bridges that Ashtabula County has to offer.

Lots of room and comfortable beds. There was also a daybed that came in handy. Parking is very limited.

Great cottage for a small group of friends

Great stay in Wine Country

Jeanne's place is a great way to stay near Geneva on the Lake as well as the local wineries. The place was clean, well-equipped, and close to local attractions. We would definitely recommend anyone who wants to visit the area to stay here. Thank you Jeanne for the great vacation.

Great Weekend Trip

This house is in a quiet little neighborhood very close to a great restaurant and Geneva on the Lake for those looking to hit the strip. The beds were comfortable and the owner had great communication before the trip. We were there just for the weekend with my family but would gladly stay there again in the future.

Relaxing stay

The property was as advertised and great space for our family reunion crew of 5 adults and 2 kids. Comfy beds, nice sitting areas to relax in, and walking a few yards to watch amazing lake sunsets is convenience that can't be beat. In hotter weather the upstairs does get rather warm, but there are lots of fans in the house that make it bearable. Would absolutely stay here again!

Work Trip

This place was great for our needs. The way the bedrooms are laid out with some having 2 beds each was perfect for our employees that did not want to share beds, haha. While we didn't get to enjoy the house much except to sleep, we did get to enjoy 2 sunsets that were beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

A peaceful stay.

We had a relaxing time at you cottage. It was clean, and comfy. The only thing negative, the internet and TV set up is a little frustrating. We had a lot of time to reflect on Gods blessings for sure.

Fishing trip with capt. Jeff Specia Summerbreak Charters

Great place for 4 retired guys fishing trip. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep n gather in the evening. Need a fishing guide ? Highly recommend Summerbreak Charters..we limited out everyday on walleye. Jeff Specia and Darcy are awesome.

Great Location

Overall great location. Unfortunately, there was a lot of clutter and expired food in the house. The shower knobs also need replaced. Other than that we really enjoyed are stay. Check in and check out we’re very easy. Host was very responsive.

Bachelorette Weekend

We rented the house for 2 nights. It was myself & my sister in law, soon to be sister in law, cousin and niece. We were celebrating for the New Bride to be. The location of the house was perfect, settled in between everything we wanted to do. We were unaware of Thunder on The Strip going on but it was awesome that it was. The house was perfect, homey and loved the view!

Girls trip

We really enjoyed our weekend staying at this house. It is a quite lovely house. We had plenty of room for six adults. The upstairs bathroom was amazing for getting ready. I love the personal touches that made it feel so homey, but it was also a little strange for me seeing pictures of someone else’s family. I do not mean that negatively. The neighborhood was very cute and the people around were very friendly. I would stay here again!

We were not at the home very often due to spending time at a family members VRBO. But, the property was very nice and clean. The beach access was restricted due to a problem with the stairs at the time. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

Roomy Comfortable and Clean

This is a very nice home. It was clean and well equipped. We were pleasantly surprised by how big it was. The kitchen is compact, but the rest of the rooms were quite large, and the whole place has a very “homey” vibe. We made it our home base as we split our time between Ashtabula Harbor and Geneva on the Lake. It is a couple houses away from the lake, but there is a common area along the top of the shoreline where you can sit and enjoy the view. It’s a shame that erosion has made the water inaccessible, but that’s just how it is along Lake Erie in most of Ohio now. The neighboring cottages are very close, but the area was quiet and relaxing. Overall, a great house with plenty of room for a large family.

Cottage on the lake

House was within walking distance to Lake Erie and very close to covered bridges and wineries. Very quiet area also, there were not many people, which was good for my sisters and I. The upstairs was a little warm, not sure how comfortable it would be in the peak of summer. Overall a decent place to stay.

It was always a fun place for the grandkids to visit and we hope your family will enjoy your time in our home.
