Lake Erie Vista condominium complex was built in 2011. Offering luxury and tranquility right on the shores of beautiful Lake Erie, "The Vista" has elevator & ramp access to its very own private beach with a fishing pier. There is also an indoor heated pool & exercise equipment room.
Located within The Village of Geneva on the Lake it is a short drive (5 min) to "The Strip" with unique shops, bars, wineries, & restaurants. The Spire Institute is 15 minutes away. It is also close to many other Wineries, Parks, Covered Bridges, and fun outdoor attractions.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig and Drip/traditional), electric oven, refrigerator with ice-maker, toaster, cookware/bakeware, glassware and dinnerware for 6.
The Kitchen, Dining Room, & Living Room offer a spectacular view of the Lake. The Living Room has 2 sofas and a chair with ottoman. There is a 65'' wall-mounted flat screen TV (cable box) and an electric fireplace. The Living Room opens to a private patio that offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the Lake.
Over 35 wineries within a 30 minute drive and even a shuttle service that will pick you up at the front door with prior reservations.
The famous Geneva on the Lake Strip with Eddie's Grill and Madsen Donuts is just a 5 minute drive. Bridge Street in Ashtabula Harbor is 15 minutes away and home to great restaurants like Briquettes, Rennicks, HilMaks and Bascules.
An hours drive to Cleveland and the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame, Indians, Cavaliers and Browns games and the Cleveland Science Center. And less than 3 hours to Cedar Point or Niagara Falls.

There is a noise alert device in this unit which alerts management/security when a certain decibel reading is met. You will then be notified of the rule violation. This device does not record conversations just how loud it gets in the unit. It is set to alert between 10p-8a.

Rule #1 Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No behavior that is an unreasonable nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to other occupants will be tolerated.
Rule #2 Basket Carts and Hand Trucks (which are convertible to flat dolly) are provided for your convenience. Immediately after use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners.
Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways but must be parked in outside bike racks or in condominium units.
Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies. Due to falling risk, no items shall be hung or laid on balcony rails.
Rule #5 Each condominium is permitted to use no more than two parking spaces during peak season (from May 1 to Sept 30). Each vehicle must fit in a single parking space. Jet ski trailers, boat trailers, etc. must fit within a single parking space and be included within the two-space maximum per condominium. All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Only non-commercial vehicles are permitted to park overnight.
Rule #6 Smoking within common areas inside of the building is prohibited. If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing of cigarette butts.
Rule #7 Under no circumstance should trash be left outside of unit door; make sure all trash is bagged, tied, and placed inside the dumpster. Posted trash rules must be followed.
Rule #8 Posted Beach rules must be followed. For your safety: *No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk - beware of strong undertow. *Do not climb or jump on pier or break walls. *No glass of any kind allowed in the beach area. Plastic containers or cans only. *The lake is dangerous and can be lethal - please respect it. Please respect our investment and be considerate of others: *Wash all sand from yourself, and children and beach toys at the beach wash station. *Clean up trash when leaving beach. *Do not leave beach chairs in water. Return them to beach near south rocks. *Respect our neighborhood property. LEV property line ends at rocks on both sides.
Rule #9 Posted Pool Rules must be followed. For your safety: *No lifeguard on duty swim at own risk. *No unsupervised swimming. *No diving. Diving may result in permanent injury or death. *No running, jumping, dunking or horseplay in or around the pool *No glass in pool area. *Tight fitting rubber pants over diapers or swim diapers are required on persons using the pool who are incontinent and/or not toilet trained.
Rule #10 HOA provided grills and fire pits cannot be moved from the designated locations. Fires must be extinguished after use. HOA provided grills must be wiped down after use. Only electric grills and heaters permitted on balconies and patios.

Absolutely beautiful spot overlooking the lake. Being a little further down from the strip made it super peaceful and quiet. The beach was great for watching and swimming. The condo is perfection in all aspects. We cooked, we watched storms over the water and enjoyed a fire at night after swimming. Don't think twice... this is the perfect spot.
Home away from home, with a lake ! Clean, everything a person needs on vacation. All guests staying at the condos are friendly, fun, easy to make new friends. Stayed dozens of times and will return many more ! Thank You
This is the 2nd year we've stayed here. Debbie is amazing and we've already booked for 2027. I recommend using their service if you plan on visiting the local wineries, Brandon is the best and we have such a great time! Definitely 5 Stars!!
Unit was clean and comfortable. Had a great view of the lake. Beds were comfortable. Lots to do in the area even though it was winter time. Great places to eat and lots of wineries. The covered bridges you're was fun. Thank you so much.

Our stay was great! Deb (property manager) was super communicative and helpful when it came to tips restaurants and shopping! The Unit was very spacious, clean, and accommodated our needs. The view is a 10/10! One thing to note is that the WiFi speeds in the unit are a tad slow. The guest WiFi for the building was much more speedy. Thanks for a great visit!
Unit is on ground floor with direct access to outside and view of the Lake. Same level as pool. Both beds were very comfortable. Large TV area for relaxing. Very Quiet. Nice modern showers. Debbie and Michael were very fast with with replies and help with the area.Close to the strip and wineries.If you need help with a tour, ask for Brandon. He's awesome and very inexpensive.
Beach level condo so we loved walking out onto the patio to enjoy the lake view. The unit was clean, comfortable and quiet. I certainly appreciate the communication from our hosts. They provided all the information needed ahead of time and with accuracy. Thank you

Debbie was very kind. We had a great view and enjoyed the comfortable livingroom, fireplace and the spacious shower! We had a toddler with us and the condo was easily child-proofed. The indoor pool was wonderful for our quick winter getaway. Would surely stay again.
