Maximum occupancy of 2 adults. One of the nicest villas available for rent in Bermuda Bay Beach and Tennis Resort! A direct waterfront view and open concept floor plan! This lush tropical gated community is surrounded with two story, attractive stucco buildings among 2 tennis/ pickleball courts, 2 private pools, racquetball court, wooded walking area, shuffleboard, volleyball, and 24-hour security gate, with a resort atmosphere. Relax in the bubbling hot tub overlooking the water or play on the putting green next to the pool. There is much to do at Bermuda Bay Beach and Racquet Club. We are located just off Hwy 275 for easy access on and off. Just minutes from Prime Outlet Mall, The Don Cesar Hotel, The Gulf Beaches, Fishing, Shopping, Tiki Bars and Restaurants, Eckard College, great entertainment and much more. Orlando/Disney is only 90 minutes away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, only 30 minutes away. You can walk to Eckerd College, grocery, pharmacy, fast food and entertainment. This condo also has WIFI and streaming capabilities.

Furnishings: This condo is furnished with modern comfortable, casual beach type furniture. 2 Flat screen TVs with DVR and streaming capabilities. WIFI included. A washer/ dryer has been installed so you will not have to use the coin operated laundry. The newly remodeled, spa like, bathroom has a glass top double vessel sink vanity. The rain shower has glass block walls, bench, plenty of storage for products and 3 shower heads. 2 large medicine cabinets give you plenty of storage. Plenty of lighting, dual flush toilet, and a sliding opaque glass pocket door.
2 comfortable chairs and sofa sits in plain view of the private beach and water. Just sit comfortably and watch the dolphins play all day. We have the MOST FABULOUS sunsets ever. Mostly everyone else in the complex has to walk to the beach and pool for our perfect sunsets, you just need to look out your sliding door.

We are currently replacing all balcony's in the complex. There is currently not a balcony on this building. Please be aware, Future dates for the completion of the water side staircase/balcony replacement is possibly after Dec 2026. Until then, you will still have that beautiful view and you are just a few steps from the pool and Beach, with plenty of comfortable seating and pool Wi-Fi.

Visiting our new Grandchild in St. Pete

This condo we rented for a week could not have been more perfect. I could walk out my door and swim in the pool while looking right at the Bay, or I could just go to the bay. Lots of walking places around and close enough to the new baby that we could visit everyday.Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I would buy it for myself if I could. It was decorated very tastefully.

Everything we needed

We truly enjoyed our stay and it had everything we needed and more. Our hostess was great to work with and a good communicator. The grounds were beautiful and the view we had from balcony was breathtaking. Definitely recommend!

We were very pleasantly surprised with this property. The condo has been recently renovated and it was very tastefully done. It was very will stocked throughout. We didn't have to make one trip to the "dollar store", which is our usual experience every winter. The king size bed is very comfortable. The highlight for us was the location and view. There is a lovely deck with seats for 8 people. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets every evening with the perfect spot on our own deck for watching. The people throughout the complex are so warm and friendly. Owner was excellent to deal with. You will not be disappointed. It is such a lovely, peaceful oasis away from the traffic and crowds of other areas. If you are lucky enough to find it available, book it!

Most Amazing Property and Owner

We can not recommed this property enough!! We LOVED it. The condo was extremely clean and very nicely decorated, along with being well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed linens are high end. Additionally, the property owner is amazing to work with. We had a request and she handled it the same day and was so gracious to work with. We have a family with 2 boys and they loved the pool and beach. The property is central to many great attractions and beautiful beaches, and the sunsets from the deck are so beautiful you may never want to leave. We felt that the property was even more amazing than we expected and plan to return very soon!

Tremendous View!!

My wife and I stayed in the condo for four weeks - middle of July to the middle of August, 2015. Everything regarding communication with the owner and manager went well. The photos on HomeAway are exactly what you can expect. The view from the patio overlooking the pool and out to the bay was phenomenal. It was that view that attracted us to this condo and it did not disappoint. We found the condo to be excellent for two people. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The bedroom had good storage and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is a little out-dated, but even though the stove and fridge seemed a little older, they worked perfectly. The microwave was new and powerful. (We did not use the dishwasher.) The living room was a good size and comfortable. The bathroom has been upgraded with two sinks and a roomy shower. Excellent! The pool was fantastic and we used it as much as possible. The whole pool area was cleaned every day. The water was a beautiful blue and warm. The bay beyond the pool was too shallow to use for swimming. There is a sandy beach, however. You can sometimes see the dolphins break the surface out by the moored sailboats. Parking was available right in front of the stairs leading up to the condo. We would recommend a car as Walmart is about 1/2 mile away from the Exit gate (gated community with security at night). Other services were between one and two miles away. We did walk to these, but it would have been very tedious to do this every time we needed something. We used the condo as a home base and traveled to Orlando, Miami, the Keys, and Fort Lauderdale. That plan worked out very well. If you love water views and swimming in a beautiful pool, this is the place for you.

Great place to geat away from the Canadian winters

I rented Cindies condo from Jan to March in 2013. She was a perfect renter and has a great place with wonderful views. The people in the complex are wonderful. This is definitely a great place to spend away from the cold Canadian winters. A+++++ Phil Cybolsky

Million $$$ view, great condo!!

We stayed at this condo for the past 2 years, for December and January. The condo was exactly as described, and had everything that you could need. We spent many enjoyable hours on the deck watching dolphins, many types of birds and boats, or just relaxing. Wireless internet was good. Cindie was very easy to contact, and answered any questions that we had. We would recommend this property to anyone. There are many restaurants, shopping areas and beaches close by. Lots to do in St Petersburg.

Tourist - Dartmouth, NS - May, 2009

It was my first trip south and my first time flying... The Condo was beautiful... We had the best Condo in the area, as it was overlooking the swimming pool (and was beautifully decorated)... The weather was great - 90+ degrees each day and not a drop of rain... We went to Treasure Island - about a 15 minute drive - and the ocean water was about 80 degrees... It was like bath water... The entire trip was like being in paradise... I will not hesitate to return next year (and hopefully make it an annual trip)... Thank you Cindie!!!

Lovely condo

We had a very nice stay and totaly recommand the condo. The condo is well located - even if it's not directly at the beach, which is not far away by car. The bay is great for fishing and kayaking and provides an awesome view.

I am a retired Flight Attendant. I live on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. I am originally from Escanaba Michigan. I spend as much time at my condo in St.Pete as possible. When I'm not there, I rent it to you. I take very good care of my property so you will be very comfortable. Many of my guests are return guests.

Why they chose this property

I bought this property because it is the only complex with a private beach in that area. It's easy to get to from HWY 75 and 275. I bought it for the fantastic sunsets every night. I found the local people to be exceptionally friendly.

What makes this property unique

I have been an owner at Bermuda Bay for over 20 years. I purchased my condo because of the fantastic view, great neighbors, and easy access to the highway, stores, gulf beaches. Over the last 20 yrs I have owned two condos in Bermuda Bay. I now just have this one on the water and hope to never give it up. It is my pleasure to share my beautiful condo, and the incredible views it has to offer, with you!
