This is a new listing and you can tell the host has made great efforts to make it one that will be recommended. Many nice touches. Very comfortable beds, clean and well stocked. View from the balcony is amazing and it is a safe, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Originally from St. Louis, MO we moved to St. Petersburg ~10 yrs ago and never looked back! The natural beauty, access to water and friendly people instantly made us realize this is where we want to call home. It is our pleasure to be able to share ur love of the area with our VRBO guests!

The condo is ideally situated in an up and coming neighborhood. A quick 10 minute drive over the Pinellas Bayway lands you on the pristine sands of St. Pete Beach and the iconic Don Cesar Hotel. A quick 10 minute drive in the opposite direction lands you in downtown St. Petersburg, with the cool art district, loaded with top notch restaurants and botique shops, St. Pete Pier, multiple world class museums, and the beautiful Tampa Bay. Within walking distance of the condo are multiple restaurants, shops, a Starbucks, several grocery stores, and Maximo Marina. The Skyway Bridge access via 275 is just minutes down 34th street, taking you South to Sarasota or North to Tampa and the Airport. We are truly in the middle of everything you could want!
