This bright and cheerful 1,250-square-foot condominium is thoughtfully furnished as a personal residence rather than a typical rental, making it especially well suited for extended stays.

The home features two bedrooms plus a versatile bonus room that can serve as a workspace, reading room, or additional sleeping area for family and guests. (Office desk not shown in photo.) Premium furnishings, a Yamaha baby grand piano, high-speed Wi-Fi, OLED televisions, and a Level-2 EV charger provide the comforts of home during longer visits.

The kitchen has been fully remodeled and is well equipped for everyday cooking. Air conditioning, double-pane windows with UV protection, and quality furnishings throughout create a comfortable environment year-round.

The primary bedroom includes a Cal King bed, private bath access, and patio access. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and adjacent bath. The bonus room includes a full bathroom and a comfortable sleeper sofa that converts to a queen bed, making it ideal for guests, remote work, reading, or study.

Located on a quiet private street, the community offers a pool and spa and is within walking distance of grocery shopping, parks, and public transportation. Two bus routes serving UCSD are nearby, and the UTC trolley station provides convenient access throughout San Diego.

The Six Stars Housing Experience

For the past 10 years, I’ve been annually coming to San Diego o spend our summer vacation and we had stayed at various housing communities in and around UTC area and the overall experiences were satisfactory to the most part. However, this year the experience we had in staying at Allan’s beautiful, comfortable, elegant and highly tasteful and decorated house has redefined the standards from satisfactory to ultimate and the rating from mid to 6 stars. It’s without a doubt lives up to the promise of “Home Away From Your Home” on every level that this value proposition stands for. Thank you Allan for everything and for giving us the opportunity to share your beautiful house (especially the upper balcony nested in between our a beautiful tree and it’s early morning visiting bird), it made our trip more beautiful and so unique than we ever have had experienced before. We are definitely coming back same time next year, so please don’t rent it out to any body else but us. Promise??

Why they chose this property

The conveniences are all hear for comfortable living. Three freeways nearby; it's easy to get around, including to the beaches. There are two parks and running or biking trails nearby. Supermarket in walking distance. Best shopping mall in San Diego nearby. It's easy to be entertained. Of course, being near UCSD means it's suitable for professionals or for families coming for medical services. Our home is on a quiet, private street that dead ends. So, the territory is quiet and private, but the community is active and interesting.

What makes this property unique

Having the common areas upstairs feels like living in a nest above rooftops, which helps with privacy. Newly built OFFICE WORKSPACE in upstairs bonus room with good printer and wifi, plus good quality pull out queen bed couch (no springs). Large 2 ton AIR CONDITIONER and heater to moderate temperature comfortably. Baby grand Yamaha PIANO in the living room. Nataliia and I like artistic artifacts and features, which you will find throughout.
