Enjoy this remodeled open floor plan & clean space. Located centrally to many of San Diego's greatest attractions. You are just yards from freeway access.
UCSD is just 2 mi, UTC Shopping Mall (1 mi), Mission Bay (5 mi), Sea World (6 mi), San Diego Zoo (8 mi) and Downtown San Diego (9 mi). You are a 10-15 min drive to just about anywhere in the city and a short 2 min walk to groceries, donuts, and restaurants. Casual, relaxing and comfortable, this space provides the perfect place to relax. This top unit condo bodes tons of natural light. Upon entry you will be in an open floor plan living space with vaulted ceilings. Off of the living space is a large glass slider to the balcony surrounded by Eucalyptus trees.
The master bedroom has a cozy king size bed with vaulted ceilings and a large 3 panel mirrored closet. The master bathroom is attached to this room.
The second bedroom has queens size bed and a large window that lets in lots of natural light.
You are welcome to the use of the full size washer dryer within the unit.

Beany’s place worked great for our recent trip to San Diego. The location was perfect. It was close to all the main attractions (Zoo, Sea World, beaches, etc). The condo had plenty of room for 5. My two kiddos loved the pool in the evenings.

Great central location

This was a super central location with easy access to just about everything you need. Beany was easy to communicate with and very clear, before, during and after the stay! The condo was clean, well maintained and fully loaded with what you need for your time there.
