Features include central air, elevator, 2 refrigerators and washer/dryers, hot/cold outdoor shower, dishwasher, wireless internet, bonus room with TV, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and porch furniture. Weekly Sunday‑to‑Sunday. No smoking, no pets.
