About this property
T2 apartment on first floor - Quiet, close to Ria and its beaches.
Our apartment is available for rental all year round, weekdays in summer, high season, weekends and weekdays in mid and low season.
Located on the first floor of an independent building on our property. The studio consists of a room of approximately 35 m2 with four real modular beds, a dining area, an equipped kitchen, the bathroom and the WC are separate.
Outside, you have the orchard where you will find a terrace with dining area and quiet relaxation with barbecue at your disposal.
Located 3 minutes walk from shops, restaurants, entertainment and beaches, 15 minutes from Auray and Carnac and 25 minutes from Vannes and Lorient.

Man kann zu Fuß zum Meer. Die Gezeiten miterleben,
Muscheln und schöne Steine sammeln, Schwimmen,
Salzluft, Wind, Sonne. Man hat alles! Der Ort mit kleinen Lokalen, ein Laden für Lebensmittel, Schiffshafen ,sind vorhanden.
Die Unterkunft bietet auch einen Garten fürs Relaxen mit
einem Buch!
Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Carnac, Quiberon, Auray....sind in der näheren Umgebung.

Le gîte est très bien placé dans le petit village d'Etel. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Gwenaelle et Florian ont été très arrangeants. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Ein kleines Paradies
Äußerst nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die gerne aud Informationen über die Gegend teilen und Tipps geben; saubere, gepflegte und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung (z.B. Induktionsherd, auch Alltagsdinge vorhanden, die nicht in jeder Ferienwohnung zu finden sind, wie z.B. Gewürze, Putzmittel, Informationsmappe über die Umgebung, Licht und Stromanschluss auf der Terrasse), ruhig, aber zentral gelegen (kleiner Supermarkt nach 5 Min Fußweg erreichbar, Geschäfte / Restaurants nach ca. 7 Minuten), gepflegter Garten mit Terrasse - ich habe meinen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt bei Florian und Gwen sehr genossen und würde jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren. Ihnen beiden ein großes Dankeschön!
