Pleasant apartment on the ground floor located in a quiet, tree-filled residence, with a secure entrance and a private parking space.
Has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very well equipped American kitchen, overlooking a living room with a large picture window.
Completely renovated, it has been fitted out to bring you comfort and peace of mind.
It is ideally located, 5 min walk from the port and the shops of Trinité Sur Mer.

We will be available throughout your stay by phone, sms or email.

Sheets and towels are optional at the price of 10 € per bed. Towels 5 euros per bathroom.
We do not ask for a cleaning fee as we think our visitors may prefer to do this themselves, however if the rental is not returned in the original condition (or if you prefer to take this option), the fees are amount to 45 €.

Little Parenthesis

We found that the property was exactly as listed. Communication with Sebastian the owner was good & reception at the property with Babeth (the key holder) was excellent. The location of the property was just what we wanted & onsite parking was a bonus. We would return to this property in the future.

This is a very attractive and well-located property. Plus, there is an excellent caretaker onsite for check in and local guidance. We had two serious problems that could not be corrected while we were there. We rented an apartment with two bathrooms - and one of them had a serious blockage in the drainage system. The shower was unusable the entire time we were there. After some work by the caretaker, the drainage in the bathroom sink improved enough that it could be used. The second bathroom had a similar, but not as serious, drainage problem. Supposedly, the owner had scheduled a plumber to come the following week. He suggested that we all share one bathroom. The second serious problem was the internet. The system frequently dropped the connection or was so slow that we were "timed out". It was impossible to work remotely from there.If not for these problems, this would have been a wonderful place to stay. The caretaker was responsive and very pleasant. She responded quickly to requests, but she couldn't solve the plumbing problems.

Schöne Wohnung an einem schönen Flecken Erde

Wohnung sauber, groß genug für 4 und liebevoll sowie reichhaltig ausgestattet. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Preis/Leistung absolut i.O. Klare Empfehlung! (Eigentlich sollte ich allen lieber abraten - damit die Wohnung für uns frei ist, wenn wir wieder hin wollen...)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la location de Sébastien. Nous étions 4 adultes et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait d'avoir une salle de bain attenante à chaque chambre. La location est très bien située (à 5 min à pieds du port); très bien équipée et très propre. Les conditions d'arrivée et de départ ont été très simples. Bref c'est les yeux fermés que nous pourrons y retourner.

Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Babeth qui a été disponible pendant toute la durée du séjour. Le logement est conforme en tout point avec la description de l’annonce. Il est spacieux et très fonctionnel. La proximité avec le port de La Trinité est un plus. Je recommande vivement.
