This apartment is me the culmination of a dream "to have the view on the sea"
We rent it but we did it for us and we did it to our image because we plan to spend weekends and we reserve weeks with my wife and my 2 children 7 years and 4 years.
They can play on the beach and we see them from the apartment.
Sea access directly by the residence.
Japanese private garden for the residence.
2 bedrooms with storage. Sea view of both rooms Luxury decoration. Sofa made to measure. Kitchen made by a cook.
Perfect apartment for a family with 2 children or 2 couples.

This place is terrific! We have adored the view and adventure both directions on the beach. Throwing the big windows open and watching all the activity on the see is a fabulous. Getting here was just fine. The cooktop is a little sophisticated for this old guy but I used to chat GPT to figure out how to operate it. If you like to watch the sunrise, you could never find a better place than this.

L'appartamento e' situato in un paesino molto tranquillo, tutto a portata di mano ; ristoranti, supermarket, farmacia, ecc.ecc.Il locale e' ben arredato con una belle vista mare, e' funzionale x piu' di 4 persone.Se desiderare trascorrere dei giorni al mare questo e' il posto per voi.

Appartement confort face à la mer

Un séjour très agréable à profiter de la mer et de sa vue en face, appartement très bien aménagé. Dommage que le nombre de couchages (6) reste ambigu: le canapé-lit du salon, déclaré "hors-service" dans le manuel, fait place au "débrouille-toi" pour coucher les enfants. Garage exigu pour petite voiture.

Appartement moderne, très bien situé avec une vue mer imprenable, très propre, literie de qualité, cuisine très bien équipée et fonctionnelle, plancha pratique, environnement calme, clim dans chaque pièce Seuls petits bémols pour nous, des fortes remontées d égouts dans la salle de bains qui ont perdurées malgré les produits utilisés, et une place de parking que nous n avons pas pu utiliser car l emplacement n est plus accessible dès qu une voiture un peu grande est garée sur la place voisine…

Wonderful holiday

The location of the apartment is great, 10/15 minute taxi ride from the airport or train station. Short easy walk to the market/marina/shops and restaurants. And the beach could not be closer! The beach is clean and lovely sand, perfect for sunbathing and walking. Very clean and comfortable apartment, air conditioning a great bonus. We missed a few things, firstly there was no loo roll when we arrived, perhaps an oversight but an essential item! Towels and serving bowls just adequate and it would have been nice if there had been beach chairs etc available. So overall a great apartment but needs some extras to deserve 5 stars.

Juste parfait !

Ce séjour fut parfait en tout point. L'appartement est calme. La vue du lever de soleil au petit déjeuner un bonheur. Ma famille et moi-même avons bien profité. Nous y reviendrons avec joie. Un merci particulier pour l'accueil de Zahia.

Easy going flat with great ocean view

The host is very nice and helpful. After my booking he immediately called me to clarify all necessary things (eg access, what to expect and how everything works). In addition he gave some good tips for dining out. I highly recommend our host and would book again if I am around. Thanks a lot

Wunderschönes Appartement mit Meerblick

Im Appartement ist alles vorhanden was man braucht: Tolle neue Küche inkl. Premium E-Grill mit Meerblick, großer Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Induktionskochplatten, Spül- und Waschmaschine, großer Flatscreen TV, 1 Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten, großes Sofa, Klimaanlage. Direkter Zugang zum Meer/ Strand und Garagenstellplatz. Samuel ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber.

Bel appartement refait à neuf, fonctionnel, les pieds dans le sable

Appartement sur la plage, refait à neuf, coin cuisine et allé à manger hyper moderne et très pratique et bien équipé (cafetière Nespresso par exemple, excellente idée). Literies très bonnes, séjour vaste avec canapé et écran géants ! 2 vraies chambres à coucher et vastes rangements. Très bonne connexion wifi (top selon mes 2 ados). Proche de la petite supérette. Place de parc en sous-sol pour les voitures < 170 cm. Proprietaire très sympathique, arrangeant et disponible. Merci et certainement à bientôt.

Merci beaucoup pour votre appréciation. Nous espérons vous recevoir à nouveau quand vous le souhaitez. Je précise que le parking est limité à 1,70 m en hauteur mais qu'un coffre de toit peut passer selon la hauteur. Si le coffre ne passe pas vous pouvez le stocker dans le parking qui est fermé.

Emplacement et appart idéal. Super vacances

Nous avons passé un super séjour avec nos 2 enfants dans l'appartement de Samuel. Accueil vraiment sympa du propriétaire qui est très à l'écoute. L'appartement est rénové avec beaucoup de gout, des matériaux de qualité avec une belle optimisation de l'espace. Il est également très bien équipé (literie super confortable!!). L'emplacement est vraiment parfait en face d'une plage bien spacieuse et on peut profiter de cette magnifique vue sur la mer à table, du lit comme du séjour!! Nous laissions jouer nos enfants de 9 et 11 ans et les surveillions de l'appartement! Idéal pour toute la famille!
