Apartment ideally located, comfortable (Internet, flat screen TV ......, neat decoration, terrace of 9 m2 where it is good to have meals facing the sea. Close to shops, restaurants and entertainment of the city. A holiday without a car! the beach is located at the bottom of the building, the supermarket next door allows for shopping, fishermen sell fresh fish every morning.

Idéal pour séjour avec des enfants

Appartement très bien situé à proximité de la plage qui est très agréable pour les jeunes enfants. Terrasse avec vue sur plage et jetée. Bien configuré pour une famille. Chambres sympathiques. Beaucoup de rangements. Salon salle à manger spacieux Possibilité de décharger les bagages à l'entrée de l'immeuble directement. Magasin alimentaire tout proche. Restaurants variés et abordables à proximité Pas de bruit. Tout est en très bon état et très propre. Merci

Traumhafte Lage direkt am Strand

Wir haben uns als 5-köpfige Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab alles, was wir brauchten. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Empfang ebenfalls. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Très bon séjour

Très bien situé près du port de Carnon. Difficultés pour se garer à proximité mais possibilité de décharger son véhicule aisément. Appartement très bien équipé, la chaleur a toutefois un peu de mal à s’évacuer. Nous recommandons cette location.

Tout était parfait: L'appartement bien conçu et son équipement super pratique, la situation en face de la plage et au milieu de toutes les commodités, la propriétaire qui nous a réservé un accueil très charmant et très souple, bref, on a passé une super semaine, et on a très envie de revenir!!!! :-) :-) :-) :-)

Appartement propre et très fonctionnel avec une belle vue sur mer. Accueil chaleureux. Nous avons toutefois été contrarié durant notre séjour par l'absence d'une place de parking attribuée et la difficulté de trouver une place de stationnement proche de l'immeuble...

Location conforme à la description. L'appartement est spacieux et agréable pour une famille de cinq. Etat propre à notre arrivée. En cas de grosse chaleur l'été, l'aspect traversant est appréciable. La propriétaire est accueillante et disponible en cas de besoin. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sehr schön

Eine schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung, die alles hat was man braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen und darüber hinaus ein toller Blick auf Strand, Hafeneinfahrt und Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nachbarschaft und sehr nette Vermieter. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Très bon séjour, emplacement idéal

location très bien située, au bord de plage, à proximité des commerces. L'appartement était parfaitement agencé et aménagé, cuisine très bien équipée. Des rangements suffisants. La description de la location était conforme. Je recommanderai cette location et y reviendrai sûrement.

Conforme au descriptif

Pour la 2ème fois, nous avons loué cet appartement, très fonctionnel, spacieux pour 4 personnes avec 2 vraies chambres, de nombreux rangements et un coin cuisine parfaitement équipé. Une belle vue sur la mer, la plage à nos pieds, une petite épicerie en bas de l'immeuble très bien fournie et avec du personnel très sympa, bref, tout est parfait et bien pensé. La propriétaire est très gentille et arrangeante. Le,wifi fontionne aléatoirement... Ça fonctionne bien avec les ordinateurs, moyennement avec les tablettes... Nous reviendrons...merci pour l'accueil.

Appartement idéalement placé et équipé

Pour la 2ème, nous avons loué cet appartement très fonctionnel et magnifiquement bien placé. Les chambres sont de vraies chambres, il y a profusion de rangements, la cuisine est bien équipée, les lits sont confortables, la vue depuis le balcon est superbe. A 2 pas d'une petite épicerie (Utile) où l'on trouve de tout, à des prix très raisonnable et avec du personnel très accueillant. La plage est en bas de l'immeuble avec sable fin et plage de jeux pour les enfants. Il y a même du wifi (appréciable avec 2 ados...). Sympathique séjour à Carnon, nous revuendrons certainement. La propriétaire est très sympa, serviable, disponible.

Appartement idéalement situé avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Trés bien équipé et agréablement décoré , cet appartement bénéficie de toutes les commodités et de la proximité de la plupart des commerces . Prévu pour 5 personnes et suffisamment spacieux , il permet de passer des vacances en famille ou entre amis sans promiscuité gênante. Excellent accueil de la charmante propriétaire. Après un long séjour reposant dans ce bel appartement , nous envisageons de renouveler cette parenthèse hivernale l'année prochaine. Claude et André de Lozère

Appartement conforme à sa description et aux photos. Propre et fonctionnel, rien ne manque ! Nombreux rangements, cuisine bien équipée et complète, 2 vraies chambres. De plus, sa disposition permet de ventiler correctement sans souffrir de la chaleur. Enfin, situé en 1ère ligne, l'accès a la mer est rapide et pratique même avec des enfants en bas âge.

Avant tout je tiens à préciser : La personne louant cet appartement est une personne de confiance. Les photos misent sur internet correspondes excatement à la réalité. Le rapport qualité prix est plus qu'excellent. Très bon filing avec la propriétaire qui est très agréable, très gentille. Et surtout de bon conseil. L'appartement est super bien situé en bord de plage. Il est bien équipé et propre. Je recommande cette location à tout le monde. Je suis partie avec mes parents et ma soeur. Toute la famille a bien apprécie. Nous avons qu'une envi c'est d'y retourner. Linda et sa famille !!!!

"Appartement d''une propreté irréprochable,calme absolu, équipements neufs. Peintures, mobiliers, décoration, tout est actuel. Literie impeccable.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l''espace, l''intimité due aux chambres. Il fait bon y passer ses vacances, avec tous commerces en bas de l''immeuble, tabac-presse, super U (ou les prix ne sont pas gonflés comme ailleurs). Je reprendrai avec plaisir cette location, ou la proposerai à des amis de confiance. Merci aux propriétaires, vraiment! Avec toute mon amitié Philippe"
