Perfect for a romantic getaway or road trip destination! Newly decorated! Stay in one of San Diego's most charming beach communities. Walking distance to OB's Newport Avenue, where you will find amazing cafes, breweries, and restaurants, as well as one of San Diego's best beaches and the longest concrete pier on the West Coast. This spacious studio cottage is located in a laid back neighborhood which immerses you in the true OB vibe. Short-Term Residential Occupancy License: STR-06950L

I am so excited to be able to offer this brand new listing to you! Will be redecorated soon! Absolutely perfect for the fun, outgoing traveler that wants the ease of being able to wander and walk everywhere! Several of the studio cottages in the complex has been converted into cozy, clean and comfortable vacation rentals near the beach. Dogs are welcome for $25 a night per dog.

There is no A/C but being so close to the beach, you get a great sea breeze, but just in case, there is a portable fan (stored in the closet).

My husband and I had a fantastic stay here. The room was very clean and the property was walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars and the beach. The area was quiet in the evenings. Our host provided clear instructions , and checking in and out was seamless. We would stay here again.

Close to restaurants & bars. It was close to the beach. Timing was not the best in our experience there was a holiday parade so it made it very difficult to park. Overall nice place to stay for the price.

The room is exactly as it appears online. The room was clean and very comfortable. Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything you need. I felt safe at all times, even when I was alone. Didn’t do much cooking but everything you need is included in the kitchen. I will stay at this location again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! Clean, simple, close walk to lots of coffeeshops and food that we enjoyed. It had everything we needed for a small weekend getaway. If you are looking to cook, the kitchen is a little limited and there is no coffee grinder as is listed. This didn’t impact our stay too much, we still had a wonderful time

This rental was perfect for our stay in Ocean Beach! Walking distance to the beach and all amenities we needed were included in the apartment. Even street parking was manageable. The airport is close by so you do hear planes flying over during waking hours. The host was easy to reach and very accommodating to us. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The setup was great. It was perfect for a couple. You hear airplanes all day and half the night. Honestly, you can't get away from it. The whole town is located in the direct path of flights from the airport. That fact did not deter from our stay. Just fair warning for future occupants. We had a blast staying at this location.

I loved just about everything with this location. The only recommendation I’d give to people staying here or most of San Diego for that matter is to bring your own fan. It was a lifesaver for my girlfriend and I. The location is safe (located very close to a fire-hall) and a 5-10 minute walk from most dining options and Ocean Beach.

Great Stay!

The VRBO stay was a cute little tiny home feel. We had everything we needed, however it was a little bit dusty. The location was great for a younger crowd. My husband and I enjoyed La Jolla and Coronado island. So ocean beach didn’t end up being our priority. But I think if you enjoy a free spirited place to gather you would enjoy staying here. It’s a little bit of a distance to the beach but it is right next to a grocery co op!!!

The property is perfectly situated. The studio is super cozy, clean, and Zen. Grab a scooter or bike on the street and start exploring. Plenty of great restaurants and breweries for the foodie to explore all within minutes of walking out the door.

What makes this property unique

Close to everything and so easy and fun to get around and walk, run, or grab a scooter. My favorite grocery store, "The Peoples Market," is right across the street. Plenty of great restaurants and bars for the foodie to explore, all within minutes of each other.
