Super close to everything you need in the area. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Space is small but perfect for couples just needing somewhere to sleep, bathe, and drink coffee.

Met all our needs. Small, but cozy. Only draw back is that it gets hot and stays hot throughout the night. Had to use fans all night and kept all windows open. I don’t see this as an issue during cooler months.

Great location for 1 to 2 people but slightly outdated

Prime location for beach goers. Pictures may be outdated because furniture didn’t match. Overall great experience but small space that may need some upkeep and repair.

Nice and Clean

This place was exactly as advertised. We found it nice and clean with nice touches such as a water filter pitcher in the fridge and tea bags. It was quiet and had a nice space out front.We did notice we couldn’t get local channels on the TV, but we could have logged into our own account if we really wanted them. Not that big a deal since we didn’t spend much time watching TV.

Decent place to stay

Seemed mostly clean and set-up ok. Space was a little tight in kitchen & main room but ok for one for a night. Microwave was too high on top of fridge to easily reach and I’m 5’5”. Use of strongly scented detergents or softeners on bedding and towels caused my allergies to flare up. Parking was difficult to find due to construction work in the area and close proximity to Grand.
