More parking than anyone could ever use. The neighbors are very quiet. They are kind of interested in what’s going on they just stare at you when your unloading your car. Nice updated house nice kitchen. Very nice porch to sit on and enjoy the view. Definitely a nice peaceful place to stay. FYI the neighbors are a bunch of cows.

We needed a one night stay for 7 near Sioux Falls, but wanted to get to the west and away from the business of the city. We walked in early evening and were blown away by the modern touches and cleanliness of the farmhouse. It had everything we needed, and then some. The beds were all so comfortable, and the property was gorgeous too. We all LOVED the fresh muffins Jana provided for breakfast. Hope to stay again when we travel west. Thank you!

Farmhouse stay

The house was perfect for a one night stay on our way out to Black Hills. Was pleasantly surprised to show up to an AC cooled house on a 103 degree day! Very clean and accommodating!

Adorable farmhouse in a rural setting. The house was clean and updated, plenty of parking and easy access off the main road. We saw a baby calf being born on the adjacent property! The owner was very pleasant and responsive.

It was very nice and cozy…beds were wonderful . The hostess is wonderful . I left my IPad she mailed it to me promptly and trusted me to repay her. Which I did and received it back the Day after she mailed it to me.

Great country stay

This is a legitimate farm house - there were beef cattle on the opposite side of the driveway. Comfortable beds, home baked treats left for us, and the perfect set up of 3 bedrooms for 3 friends. The stairs to the second level are steep and both bathrooms are on the main level. No problem for our group, but that might not fit the needs of all travelers.

The house was very clean. The only problem we really had was the. Refrigerator stopped working the 1st day we were there we had three children we needed to feed for 6 days . And then we also ran out of toilet paper and contacted the owner and they did bring toilet paper, we had the equivalent of about one and a half rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for 6 days , but the problem was was when they came to check out the refrigerator they did not tell us they were coming . My daughter was in shower and youngest daughter 10yrs old was the only other person up and answered the door to stranger . She did not know not something you want happening to your child while on vacation. So communication is key to this problem . Hope they learn this for future people's stay .

Jana is a great host. She is super quick to reply to questions. We have stayed in both farmhouses she has in Humboldt and would definitely stay in either of them again. She even leaves wonderful homemade muffins. Houses are clean and as described. Price is reasonable and kids will love that it is a working cattle farm. Look forward to staying in one of her houses again next year.
