Welcome to your two-bedroom retreat! This home features a fully stocked kitchen with a fridge, Keurig coffee station, and dishwasher. The cozy living area includes a 60-inch TV, perfect for relaxing evenings. Barn doors lead to a deck with a grill and picnic table, overlooking a fenced yard. The master bedroom has an attached bath and walk-in closet, plus a wall-mounted TV. The second bedroom has bunk beds. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the basement. Your perfect getaway awaits!

The space -

As you enter the foyer there is hooks for coats and cubbies to stow your shoes. You have about six steps to get to the main floor with a large family room. As you step up, you will reach a living room with a large leather sofa and two chairs. There is 60 inch TV connected to high-speed internet. Sliding farm doors as curtains for the blinds out to the deck. You can get on the deck with a small tabletop grill and a picnic table. The backyard is fenced in and secure. On this floor, you also have a large kitchen with a dining area separated from the living room by a tall breakfast bar. A short hallway will lead you to a Master bedroom with its own private bathroom as well as a walk-in closet. Second bedroom has a twin bunk bed on top, full bed on bottom and a pullout trendle.

The kitchen includes essential cookware, a Keurig coffee maker with pods, and modern appliances such as a dishwasher, garbage disposal, full refrigerator, and stove. Just off the kitchen is a dining area with seating for six.

Basement is unfinished and houses washer and dryer.

Guest Access -

Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay. There will be no other guests or occupants on-site aside from those included in your reservation.

Access to the home is provided via a secure lockbox using the code shared in your welcome message. If you have any trouble accessing the property, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help.

We’re available throughout your stay and are happy to help with anything you may need. The best way to reach us is through the booking platform.

We’re also available by phone or text, with contact details provided after booking. We typically respond within an hour and will get back to you as quickly as possible.

- No pets -- we maintain a hypoallergenic environment for all guests.
Service Animals are welcome; however, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $50 that will be collected upfront.

Checkout:
- Is by 11 noon ---- so sleep in.
- Please close all windows and doors and lock them.
- Please put garbage in garbage containers beside the garage.
- Close the front door fully so the automatic lock works.
- Put all used dishes in the washer-dryer, and please start it if time permits."
