Welcoming 3 Bedroom/2 Bath home walking distance from UGA campus and 5 Points restaurants/bars. Cozy fireplace in the living room along with well kept front yard and back patio for grilling. This is our main residence so it feels like a home and has everything you will need for your stay. The 5 Points area is great for walks and provides a beautiful back drop for your stay in Athens. Never worry about parking or Traffic on game days, you can walk to the stadium in 20 minutes or less!

My wife has since become a double dawg after finishing her graduate courses there as well. Athens is near and dear to our hearts and we think we are here for good. Why they chose this property

We decided to move 5 Points because it is the hub of Athens. It puts you right in the middle of all the action; a short drive from just about anything you could possibly need and walking distance from the things that make in town living so much fun. Not to mention the 5 points neighborhood is beautiful. During your stay I would encourage you to set aside some time to take a short walk. Definitely worth your time.
