Our 1930's craftsman home is located in the heart of five points, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in athens! Tree-lined and quiet streets are close to the action of five points restaurants, cafes, coffee houses and more. Walk to sanford stadium on game day! Two bedrooms (each with a queen) and two bathrooms provide comfortable accommodations for up to 4 people. Open, updated, well-stocked kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining area, spacious living room, and two porches to choose from for evening relaxing - the front offers rocking chairs and the screened porch offers ample seating for enjoying company. Hardwood floors throughout. Wifi and flat-screened tv with cable included. Pets accepted with prior approval and deposit. Driveway can accommodate two cars for easy, off-street parking.

Absolutely fantastic stay for a game day weekend. The house was clean, check in was seamless, communication was fantastic, and it looked just as it did in the online photos. Five star experience all around. Vicki (owner) couldn't have been more helpful or friendly.

Very nice stay

Beautiful property and nicely appointed. We had everything we needed. Cooked a lot and enjoyed eating in the covered, screened porch. Rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean.

The house was wonderful- even more spacious and well appointed than the photos can capture. The rooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked and the owner was very responsive. Location is great- close to restaurants and walkable to UGA. Will definitely stay again!

Very pretty home close to everything. This is a family, rather than a corporate, managed property, so it’s much less sterile and the owners are super friendly. The home is clean and well appointed. It’s on a quiet street with zero road noise. The kitchen has a nice array of appliances/dishes/cooking implements, etc. The beds are comfortable and they have good linens. Plenty of towels. It has a fully fenced back yard for privacy and an enclosed portch. Excellent place - would stay at again!

Great Visit for Parent's weekend

We really enjoyed our weekend in Athens! The house was perfect! Great location, very comfortable, clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Vicki and Hank were great to work with. Will definitely book again!

Wonderful older home with lots of character. Lovely side screened porch and large front porch. Charming neighborhood…we loved our stay. Owner was extremely helpful in finding some resources we needed in the area. This home would always be my first choice to stay in when visiting Athens!

Gorgeous

Even though we were in Athens on business, staying in this beautiful home felt like we were on vacation. It is one of the most comfortable homes we’ve had the pleasure of staying. What a wonderful Gem!

This is our second time staying at this wonderful property! This home is walkable to great restaurants and the stadium for gameday. Neighborhood is quiet and the screened porch on this house makes it extra enjoyable to listen to the birds read a book. Vicki is a wonderful host! You won’t go wrong choosing to stay here. Wonderful stay!

The home and the setting are beautiful and serene. Spotless, perfectly maintained and updated home with great areas to sit and visit and comfy beds. The outdoor porch set amongst beautiful trees was our favourite. The owner was so friendly and communicative. Would highly recommend .

We stayed for a football game extended weekend. The accommodations were perfect. The serenity of the neighborhood was relaxing. Vicki was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this rental.

Quaint Getaway

We came into town for our cousins wedding and could not have enjoyed the space more. We wish we were staying longer than the weekend as the property was just that comfortable. Everything was provided with plenty of extras. I’m an avid runner and felt totally safe running in the neighborhood & was delighted to see other runners, cyclists & walkers in the community. Great location next to plenty of eateries, coffee shops and a great little grocery store. Other sites and shops are just a short ride away. The hosts are some of the best we’ve ever interacted with. Definitely saving this property for future visits to Athens!

Southern charm at its best!

The property has lots of amenities to offer. Enjoy the silence while you drink your coffee on the side porch or rock on the front porch. Comfy beds and pillows so get ready to sleep deep. Kitchen is fully stocked with supplies. We felt relaxed here and got to meet several of the neighbors. Safe place to take kids and pets. We will be back!

Great place!

The property is very well done. It is an older home with renovations to update the house for conveniences and electronics but not at the expense of the charm that comes with that era of houses. The owners are nice and considerate. The neighborhood was welcoming and friendly. Simply couldn't have asked for more!

We're active travelers and appreciate the comforts of home when staying in other cities. We strive to bring that same feeling to our home in Five Points. While not on-site, we can be available for any questions during your stay. We'd love to recommend some of our favorite places in Athens for dining, grocery shopping, live music, etc!

We chose this property because of our love of the area and all that it has to offer in such close proximity to a desirable and quiet neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

With a fenced-in yard, this home offers the added benefit of bringing your well-behaved dog along with you on your trip. Pre-approval and pet deposit required. Excessive barking is unfortunately not conducive to the neighborhood.
