Early Arrivals/Late Check-outs:
We charge $75 per hour for early arrivals and late check-outs. We are happy to accommodate your arrival and departure times when we are able to do so. Please let us know if you'd like to arrive earlier than 4 pm EST or depart later than 10am EST.

Gatherings larger than 50 people:
We've had many weddings and other celebrations held at our property. There is an additional charge of $750 to host gatherings larger than 50 people. That fee includes the use of 80 white folding wedding chairs, six (9 ft) rectangular dining tables, (3) cocktail tables, (8) 60" round tables and table coverings for all tables. You can also use the candelabras to set the stage for elegance. Please inquire for more information.
