Charming villa 100 m from Benerville beach
Full of charm and very pleasant this house from my childhood is very well located: the beach is at the end of the street at 100m, the boards at 10mn and the casino at 15mn on foot. The Clairefontaine racetrack is 5 minutes away and Mont Canisy is not far for country side walks
For convenience, the bakery is 50m and the supermarket 500m,
It is a very nice house for holidays or long weekends.
With children or friends, it feels good.
The house is very bright and very friendly with a large living room and a small TV lounge which allows you to isolate yourself and can be used as a 5th bedroom. It consists on the ground floor of a large double living room with a dining area, the large round table can accommodate 8 people and even 10 or even 12 with extensions, a dining kitchen, a TV lounge with a sofa bed 2 people, an adjoining bathroom and Wc and on the 1st floor 4 bedrooms (including a small one) 1 bathroom with WC, a shower room and separate WC.
The house has a south-facing terrace and a garden out of sight, very pleasant in the summer season for lunch outside or sunbathing in peace and sheltered from the wind.
