A house with a fantastic view and lots of grandeur. Perfect for the holiday of an extended family of 11 as there are lots of rooms and plenty of shared spacesView are spectacular anywhere you are and despite being above the beach still only a few minutes to the seaWith 10 min walking to the shops and cafes in Trouville you’re close but still far away from the city so it’s very quiet

A great location, ideal for a large group

This is an old house with both the advantages of such heritage, (high ceiling, quirky and charming paneling and woodwork) and the disadvantages (older bathrooms and some in need of renovation), The house would benefit from a thorough cleaning, But the location is superb, facing the ocean and the new double pane windows contribute to the enjoyment of the beautiful view. The house is set on a relatively steep hill that can be problematic for older residents. It is ideal for 10-12 people. Overall, we very much enjoyed our time in Trouville.

Une grande maison assez vieillotte mais pleine de caractère avec une vue magnifique. Nous étions finalement 7 adultes et 2 ados, tout le monde a trouvé sa place, la plage est toute proche et le centre de Trouville également

Séjour impeccable dans une maison magnifique, un vrai château : hauteur sous plafond, pièces à vivre vue mer, terrasse extrêmement agréable. On a beaucoup apprécié le côté "vraie maison de famille" plutôt que location sans âme et sans équipements : nous avions tout le matériel de cuisine à disposition :). En bref, un emplacement certes jk peu excentré mais magiqur et une villa remarquable !

La maison est idéalement située à Trouville. Elle offre toutes les commodités. Les enfants ont apprécié ses coins et ses recoins et les adultes la vue sur la baie de Trouville et l'immense salle de séjour ... et la bibliothèque !
