Elegant , spacious and comfortable.

Paradise in Tuscany

Villa 3 Querce is a little bit of heaven on earth. From the moment you arrive you are swipe away to a calm and tranquil space. The owner, Manlio, is so very friendly and helpful. You could not find a more gracious host. My whole family was completely over joyed with this property.

Great spot for larger groups

We were a group of 10, there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The property is well kept and clean. We had a pizza night with Manilo, this was a great experience. He cooked pizza in his brick oven, there was wine, beer and music. I would recommend this place to anyone. The setting was beautiful, the views were amazing and owners great to deal with.

Better than the photos

This villa exceeds expectations. Seven adults stayed the last week of May, and we enjoyed the beautifully manicured grounds, splendid gardens, and lovely home. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all. Mario (owner) was helpful and accommodating. The view from the back veranda was sensational; we had all of our. meals out there, as well as some naps. We took several day trips to other Tuscan towns,and the location of the property was good for that. Highly recommend.

Nice Villa in a beautiful surrounding

We rented Villa Tre Querce for one week with a group of 10 people. Upon our arrival we booked a traditional tuscany meal which had been prepared by Manlio our host and has been faboulus. The villa is situated close to Siena as described and the views of the surrounding countryside is stunning. The Villa itself comes with all amneties as per the given description. All the bed/bathrooms are well maintained and very cozy. Afterall the villa is a beautiful and very peacefull place to twell. Malio and his family are great hosts which helped us with every question and even gave us a lift to collect our rental car the other day. Had been a nice experience and if we are planning to come back to tuscany as a group we will always choose Villa tre querce again.

BEST GETAWAY DESTINATION IN TUSCANY

We had a great stay at this lovely property. The home was well designed and provided plenty of space for everyone. The owner Chiara and his father Manlio were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. They were very friendly, easy to work with, their recommendations from restuarents to bike rentals were spot on. The house is as lovely as it appears in the photos. There is a lovely playground at the entrance of the park. The house is very well equipped for families with children. There is a high chair, a pack and play and lots of toys. There is a toddler bed if you need. It is a beautiful six bedroom house. Everything in the house was well maintained. We plan to return.

Wonderful stay + Caring homeowners

Had a fantastic stay at Chiara and Manlio's villa. A few quick thoughts for potential travellers: 1. Very convenient location - basically 5 km outside of Siena, so makes it very easy to make Siena and it's associated infrastructure your hub for the region. 2. Property was great - condition of the property is fantastic, very well maintained and very spacious. The interiors and very well maintained and have everything one needs, the garden in front of the house is great as is the pool area which is nice for a quick dip. 3. Manlio was fantastic - we had him cook dinners for us twice during our stay (which were delicious), but he also stopped by the house each morning, made sure we were doing ok, and offered tips and suggestions as warranted. Would highly recommend this property to potential visitors -- great combo of convenient location + caring / helpful homeowners + well maintained property.

Villa Tre Querce = Splendid/Formidable/Exquisite/Magnificent We were a party of six celebrating our anniversary. From the moment we arrived at the gate, we realized that we were at a very special place. Our impression was immediately re-enforced upon meeting our Host/Owner Mario who did everything to ensure our comfort and total enjoyment during our stay. The Villa, the Grounds and the Views all in all magnificent and beyond our expectations. A special thank you to Ramel, the Villa Assistant and Groundskeeper who was wonderful. Every inch of the grounds reflects his dedication towards maintaining the place. On behalf of the group, I thank you Mario and Chiara for the opportunity to share your splendid Villa. I can simply say that you have made it impossible for us to choose to stay at any other place the next time we visit Tuscany. We would highly recommend your beautiful villa

This is an ideal property for a family gathering.

It is difficult to find any faults with this place or the service provided. First off, everything worked and there was enough capacity. So, two washing machines two dishwashers and lots and lots of high quality kitchen kit including one of the best coffee makers I have ever used. Secondly the house has enough space for communal activities without feeling crowded and also the bedroom suites are large enough for couples to be on their own in substantial comfort. Thirdly the garden is extremely well kept( with a gardener/helper coming every day which is a plus for queries) and provides a lot of shade for children to play and adults to relax in.In common with everywhere we went in Italy at this time there is a problem with mosquitoes, so take precautions. Fourthly the service. Excellent and very obliging.Highlights include being taken to the nearest cash machine,Manlio getting some mosquito cream from the chemist (and I dont think we ever paid him back) the provision of a meal cooked on site at reasonable price and the use of an expensive Karoke kit of impressive volume....unsupervised Defects?... all we could think of were some more plastic plates for the children Thoroughly recommended for family reunions.!

Exceptional!!!

We are still staying here but cannot wait to write our review. This villa, Chiara and her father Manlio are amazing. The description of the property does not do it justice. There are gardens everywhere, overflowing with roses, Jasmine, lavender, there are even lemon, lime and orange trees. There are several levels of gardens, a baby swing, a little area with outdoor playthings (house and slide for toddlers). And a beautiful pool deck. There are views in each room and the views of the valley from the bedrooms and sprawling back deck (which spans the entire back of the house and is perfect for morning coffee or cocktails) are breathtaking. The house is well appointed with all one needs, the bedrooms are ample in size and the living areas throughout the house are just great. We are here with my in laws and sister in law- 9 of us in all- and everyone has plenty or breathing room. Chiara and Manlio have been most gracious, assisting with everything we needed before and during our stay - you name it, they helped us with it - which made a huge difference for us, because we speak very, very little Italian. They are so patient while we try to speak it! Manlio has cooked for us once, wow, and soon we will do a pizza night with the brick oven. He told us he needs our help and we are more than happy to. Oh. And this is the perfect home base for going everywhere in Umbria and Tuscany. We've been to Orvieto, Pisa, Lucca, Montereggioni, Chianti (Greve), and Siena of course which is the back yard. I would come back over and over again and would absolutely recommend this house to anyone. Grazie Chiara and Manlio!!!!

this review is really a two-part review since there were two distinct areas to review. #1 was the Best of Mas management team that immediately took over once my booking was confirmed. The team of Sabrina, Francesca and Marta were awesome and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests for cooks to come in for us and rental cars for us that were waiting for us at the house when we arrived. Then there were several things that came up while we were there and these gals were on it! Can't say enough good about these gals and their team. The house was disappointing for me, as i believe it was over-sold on the listing. The house is impressive- particularly the common areas, grand staircase and the grounds are pretty nice. Other parts of the house were not up to par with the rest of the house, particularly the kitchen which was one of the strangest kitchens I've seen, particularly for a house of this size. The listing boasts of a large in-ground pool and a separate hot tub on the property. Well the swimming pool itself was rather disgusting as the filter system was not on and there was a scum line on the liner just above the water line with salamanders and other dead bugs floating in the pool. Needless to say, nobody was interesting in sticking their toes in that water. The hot tub was not on when we got there so we asked for it to be cleaned and brought up to hot tub temperature. They did clean the tub but the temperature never got close to hot tub temperature so we never used this either. The pool and hot tub were both major disappointments. when we were leaving in the early morning hours of our last day, the owner of the property - who was a nice man- was just hanging around while we were bringing out our luggage and waiting for our driver to show up. This we just weird and make everyone feel uncomfortable. The location of the house was in a neighborhood with many house that all had dogs that were barking a lot of the time..... So with some minor efforts this house would have been much more enjoyable for us.

Perfect spot for a group vacation

My husband and I came for two weeks to celebrate his birthday, and we invited all our closest friends to join at different times during the two weeks. It was perfect - right amount of space, outdoor dining, the pool, the view. Everyone had a great time. We worked with Best of Mas to arrange for daily breakfast/dinner and cleaning, and it was delicious local food (including changes for food allergies). They were very flexible with our requests, though I won’t be specific to avoid creating an obligation. The home owner was responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Wunderschönes Domizil im Herzen der Toskana

Tolles Objekt, es hat uns sehr gefallen, der Gastgeber war sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit. Es war alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Auch die Abwicklung und Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat ausgezeichnet geklappt. Einziges kleineres Problem war das doch relativ ständige Hundegebell Tag und Nacht, der umliegenden Grundstücke. Und als Anmerkung noch, die Auffahrt zum Grundstück ist anfangs sehr steil, so dass wir mit zwei von drei Fahrzeugen immer aufgesetzt sind. Also mit einem SUV ist alles kein Problem.

Awesome Tuscan property

We just finished a 2 week stay at this villa in Siena and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire experience! Manlio is a gracious host and his pizza/karaoke night was one of the highlights of our trip. We had 11 people staying in this property and we never felt crowded. It’s an ideal location to visit surrounding areas in day trips. You won’t be disappointed if you book this villa!

Fabulous Villa!

We spent a week at this lovely villa after a week on the Amalfi coast and loved every minute of it. The location was perfect for day trips to Siena, San Gimignano, Montereggioni and Florence. The pool was perfect for afternoon swims! We cooked outside on the wood-fired grill most evenings which was one of our favorite things to do and had a pizza party with Manilo one night which was also a highlight! Francesca was so kind and helpful with recommendations and rides! I do hope we can come back soon! ♥️

Fantastic Tuscan Villa Perfect for Large Groups

This villa overlooks a magnificent view of the Tuscan landscape. Located in Chianti between Monteriggioni and Sienna it offers the perfect launching point to travel to many different sites in the region. Plus, you get to return to a warm, relaxing and spacious home with a pool and spa. We were traveling with friends, 3 other couples. The house is very spacious with all rooms having their own bathrooms and views with plenty of space. In fact, the master suite has two bathrooms. The grounds are immaculate and we particularly loved getting fresh eggs for the chicken coop located in the back of the property. The owner and management team were friendly and knowledgeable. The owner, Manillo, welcomed us all to the home with a lovely Prosecco toast. The Best of Mas folks responded quickly to any questions we had. They also arranged a cook to come in and give us all a lesson on making pasta, ragu and dessert. Yum. The cook, Kathy, was delightful and a great teacher. I would strongly recommend staying here for any large group. Ciao

Best Birthday Ever

We stayed here to celebrate my 30th birthday with 10 adults and 2 babies. The house and property is even better than the pictures and we absolutely loved it. The owner is a gem and was super helpful, too! This house has everything and more, was super clean and has a great Location. Next time we will stay longer!

Fabulous villa in great location with wonderful host!

We felt like kings and queens staying in this gorgeous villa. The location is very private with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the villa and the great outdoor areas for relaxation. It was the perfect home base for exploring beautiful Tuscany. Our host, Manlio, was very kind, friendly and warm. When we arrived we were hungry. He took the time to have us follow him in our car to the small town nearby to show us where to have lunch. We had outstanding pizza at the local restaurant. He also had a bottle of prosecco chilling in the fridge for us and was flying an American flag which were very nice touches. We cooked our own meals for a few nights to use the grill and enjoy the outdoor dining experience. We made some wonderful memories with our friends at the villa and hope to be back again!

Unforgettable stay!!

Our stay at villa Chiara was incredible from the beginning!! Incredible kindness and hospitality of its owners, and their constant efforts to assure that every detail of your stay is enjoyable. The house and grounds and the views are gorgeous and immaculately kept: well-appointed, well-stocked, sparkling clean and looking better than the photos: the pictures simply don't do this home justice.... Lots of space, with high ceilings and large rooms. A wonderful place for the family/friends to stay together, with several common areas, including large living room, dining room, and two outdoor sitting areas , in addition to the pool, that provides privacy and peace. So many rooms and living rooms and every space is perfectly equipped. Abondance of tableware and kitchen equipment, 3 perfectly working dish-washers and 2 washing machines as well; airconditioning and TV's all-over. The huge garden is a dream: extremely well kept( with a gardener/helper coming every day which is a plus ) and provides a lot of shade for children to play and adults to relax in. We'll surely be back!

What a beautiful Villa in the most magnificent setting: the pictures simply don't do this home justice. Every morning was like waking up to look at a postcard.The location is perfect, only 10 minutes from Siena and less than an hour's drive to Florence, with all the beauty of Tuscany in between. We really enjoyed going into Siena, our dinners were wonderful and the streets are just as we imagined Italy should look. This villa and its owners are simply the best, It is hard to imagine better hosts in any respect. The house and grounds are gorgeous and immaculately kept, likewise charming, accommodating, and caring. The home is spacious, with high ceilings, a wonderfully stocked kitchen with 2 perfectly working dish-washers and 2 washing machines. Beautiful views from the expansive verandas and large ensuite bedrooms with comfortable beds. The pool was extremely welcoming , the outdoor patio space was brilliantly designed the garden is extremely well kept. The property also has an outdoor brick oven and we used it one night to cook our own pizza’s. We’d come back again!

Perfekt für einen schönen Urlaub

Wir wurden herzlich von Manlio empfangen. Das Haus ist großartig. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind perfekt! Jeden Morgen kam Manlio um den Pool zu reinigen. Bei Fragen stand er uns jederzeit hilfreich zur Seite. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Für Ausflüge in die Toskana hat es die perfekte Lage. Schnell ist man in Siena, Pisa, Florenz, San Gimignano und Monteriggioni. Wir haben als Familie zwei schöne Wochen in der Toskana verbracht.
