Located in an enclosed residential area, this Villa near the beach of the village of Sainte Anne, offers quality services. Its view of the sea and Marie Galante is breathtaking. This house includes 3 bedrooms all air-conditioned, 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is in the master suite, 1 separate toilet, fitted kitchen with high-end appliances (dishwasher, traditional oven + microwave, American fridge), laundry room with washing machine laundry and dryer, beautiful living room opening onto a terrace both ventilated with private spa. 300 m2 garden with barbecue and deckchairs. Provision of a child's bed + booster. Tank to compensate for water cuts.
TV + WIFI
A deposit of 800 € will be requested upon your arrival and returned in whole or in part if necessary upon your departure
Cleaning and washing of linen is charged € 100.

EXCELLENT

Jolie maison, bien entretenue et bien placée, endroit calme, très bien équipée et spacieuse, à cinq minutes des plages de St Anne en voiture. Voiture indispensable. La propriétaire est très à l'écoute et fait le maximum pour ses hôtes. Je recommande.
