Comfortable, familial house located in a quiet residential complex with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (including a 47-m2 master suite with a baby cot, a walk-in closet and a shower room + toilets), and interior lounge with TV, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a second shower room with double bowl sinks + shower and additional toilets. High-speed Internet and unlimited calls to 23 countries (landlines). There is a roofed 50-m2 terrace with an external living room and a dining room. The 7 x 3.5 m swimming pool has a wooden deck in the heart of a green sanctuary and sun loungers. There is a laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing table. Linen, sheets, and towels are provided. Ti' Punch, fruit basket and first breakfast are offered when you check-in. Sainte-Anne beaches (market town, Bois-Jolan and Caravelle/Club Med) are 5 minutes away. A concierge service is available for you. Why they chose this property

We do not plan on selling our house since we want to go back there every once in a while. We feel great in this house and we hope our visitors like it just as much as we do.

Peaceful residential area, close to shops that are open every day and the best Sainte Anne beaches. Hanging out on the outside terrace is delightful as it is surrounded by nature and sea.
