Comfortable, familial house located in a quiet residential complex with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (including a 47-m2 master suite with a baby cot, a walk-in closet and a shower room + toilets), and interior lounge with TV, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a second shower room with double bowl sinks + shower and additional toilets. High-speed Internet and unlimited calls to 23 countries (landlines). There is a roofed 50-m2 terrace with an external living room and a dining room. The 7 x 3.5 m swimming pool has a wooden deck in the heart of a green sanctuary and sun loungers. There is a laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing table. Three weeks in a paradise

We, a couple of 60, enjoyed our stay very much. All essentials worked weil, the concierge was reliable. A good place to start the "Caraibes". Some basic knowledge of French may be helpful.

Très bon accueil sur place, et bonne communication en amont par email.Logement bien placé à Sainte-Anne, dans un quartier résidentiel un peu en hauteur.Logement plutôt bien équipé.Petit déjeuner et café fourni pour le 1er jour, c'est parfait.Quelques soucis sur place mais signalés directement au propriétaire, qui a pu faire le nécessaire.

Beaux moments en famille sur Grande-Terre!

Très bon accueil! Maison bien située pour visiter la Grande-Terre. La piscine et l’espace extérieur très agréable. L’intérieur fait bien l’affaire. Très beau séjour en famille!

Très bon séjour

La maison est bien placée à 5 minutes en voiture du centre de St Anne avec son marché et ses commerces. Quartier résidentiel calme. Nous avons surtout profité des extérieurs et de la piscine. La climatisation dans les chambres a été bien apprécié par la famille.

Une location idéale

Après une semaine en basse terre à Deshaies, nous avons passé une semaine coté Grande Terre, avec comme point de chute cette location, idéalement placée pour aller aux 4 coins de GT. Rien à dire sur la location : aménagement, équipement au top, une terrasse (lieu de vie) très très agréable, la piscine pour les fins de journée Nous vous conseillons aussi via la conciergerie à faire appel à la livraison d'un repas typique, vous ne serez pas déçu. Bref une location et une destination fortement recommandée

Superbe villa

superbe Un grand merci à notre hôte pour le panier d'accueil lors de notre arrivée. (Rhum, fruits, beurre, lait, café, eau ...) tout y était. Nous avons vraiment apprécié toutes ces attentions et séjourner dans cette jolie villa au calme dans un cadre calme et reposant.

Tres bon sejour en famille dans la villa à Saint Anne

Bons échanges avec Laurent, le proprietaire. Villa tres agreable, très bien equipee, claire, vue sur mer et Marie Galante, dans un quartier calme. Piscine de belle dimension et Grande terrasse. Parfait pour 6 adultes. La plage du Bourg à 1,5km Tres bon accueil sur place par Sophie et Maud.

Bon et agréable séjour

Maison confortable (avec citerne...), bien entretenue, bien située avec belle vue sur mer et sur Marie Galante. Accueil chaleureux par Maud qui allie sourire, disponibilité et professionnalisme. Très sympathique séjour sur une île magnifique et luxuriante. Maison très agréable mais qui nécessite une voiture pour se rendre en ville et à la plage. Nous vous recommandons cet emplacement.

Très agréable sejour

Maison très bien adaptée pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Les espaces sont conviviaux, l'environnement agréable et la situation à Sainte-Anne permet d'accéder aux plages et aux commerces en quelques minutes de voiture. Si l'occasion se présente nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Seul petit bémol, le barbecue manque un peu de puissance pour faire griller les belles langoustes achetées au marché aux poissons de Saint François....

Séjour de rêve aux Antilles malgré le confinement

La maison est très agreable. Les chambres climatisées sont spacieuses. La salle à manger sur la terrasse est très conviviale. La piscine est idéale pour une famillle.madleen vous accueille chaleureusement. A recommander.

Belle Villa avec piscine

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa. La villa n’est pas très loin du centre de Saint Anne, bien située et au calme. Bon accueil par la dame de la conciergerie. Nous sommes satisfaits!

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au sein de cette maison spacieuse, propre, bien aménagée. Le salon extérieur et la piscine sont très agréables. L’échange avec Laurent a été facile et l’accueil sur place très agréable avec en plus, de quoi petit-déjeuner le lendemain matin au vue de notre heure d’arrivée tardive. Seul petit bémol : il était notifié dans les conditions de location que les draps et serviettes devaient être changés au cours de notre séjour ce qui n’a pas été le cas. Nous sommes néanmoins très content de nos 15 jours de location dans cette maison.

Une maison parfaite pour notre séjour

La maison est grande, bien agencée et bien équipée notamment pour la cuisine, la grande terrasse couverte est parfaite au quotidien, la piscine très agréable, la vue sur Marie-Galante et la mer très reposante. Bref à recommander sans hésitations, d’autant que la localisation géographique est idéale, à la fois proche de sainte Anne mais nous dans un quartier très calme.

Superbe semaine dans la villa coup de coeur!

Nous étions 5 adultes et un bébé et nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans la villa coup de coeur qui est parfaitement équipée pour passer un superbe séjour en famille. Tout était parfait, nous n'avons manqué de rien et nous avons hâte de revenir profiter de la piscine et de la terrasse!

Peaceful residential area, close to shops that are open every day and the best Sainte Anne beaches. Hanging out on the outside terrace is delightful as it is surrounded by nature and sea.
