Only 8 blocks from beautiful downtown Pawhuska, just minutes from the Pioneer Woman's Mercantile, P-Town Pizza, Ladd's new (almost open) Steakhouse and all the shopping! Home is located on a corner lot with a privacy fence and lovely back patio with seating. Amenities include all the comforts of home including a full washer/dryer, detergent and fabric softener. Complementary COFFEE, creamers and a case of bottled water. Each bedroom has it's own vanity sink.
