Surfing or boogie boarding just out front, with great beach. Full kitchen, dining room, living room. Bedroom 1 the Master has a King sized bed with full bathroom and closet, its own balcony with seating area. Bedroom 2 has a Queen sized bed and a bunk bed (twins). Living room has full sofa bed. Secure parking garage included with 1 space. Community laundry room is steps from the front door of this unit. Pool, spa in community area. You can't beat this location and corner unit has ocean views and breeze from every window/Sliding Door. The fireworks shows are visible from the balconies and of course the rooftop!

First time in San Diego, family vacation. Very nice condo. Very clean, listing was very accurate. Would definitely stay here again. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Family friendly. Great ocean/beach views from condo. Staff friendly and very helpful. Thanks for a great place to stay !!!!

Great Location and Spacious Accommodation

This was the second time that my wife, toddler, and me stayed in this building. The first time was in a 1 bedroom condo, and this time we wanted a bit more room. The owner was very gracious and responsive during our stay, and the property was literally steps from the beach. There was a linen service provided once a week, and the property had all of the basic necessities. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and is a short bike ride to Mission Beach and Belmont Park, and a short drive to the nearest grocery stores. There was a parking spot assigned to the unit, and the building has security present and is non-smoking, which was a plus for us. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect set up for an amazing beach vacation

Rent this condo, for a perfect relaxing beach vacation. Here are my favorite things about this rental: 1. Right on the beach, with a parking spot. 2. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. 3. Amazing views from all rooms. 4. Clean and modern room, with comfortable beds. 5. Wonderful communication with the owner.

Why they chose this property

Our family has owned this timeshare property since 1981. It is heaven for kids and teens to cruise around the Boardwalk and walk to surf shops, Brandy Melville, Urban Outfitters! The ocean breeze comes through this corner unit, and because it is above ground floor you can leave windows open at night! We have many years of happy memories and fun times here.
