Super Fun and Fabulous Home: Outdoor Fireplace, Jacuzzi, Ocean Views, Beach

Just added a 4th bedroom which now includes a gorgeous hand-carved bed from India made out of an antique hand-carved door as the footboard. Just completed more amazing upgrades to the house. Imagine a roaring fire in a gorgeous outdoor stone fireplace, listening to your favorite music on the outdoor sound system, grilling your favorite food, having a glass of wine, and visiting with your family or friends. That is what you get when you stay at my fabulous home in gorgeous Pacific Grove.

My house was designed by the architect who designed the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

There are 3 queen-sized beds and 1 double bed. The sleigh bed is located in the "Champagne Bedroom" I purchased from South Africa. It is made out of red-jarrah wood. It's gorgeous! Each bed has four down pillows, down comforters, cotton blankets, and high-end linens from Italy. The beds are super comfortable and many that have stayed at my home say that it was 'the best night's sleep I've ever had'. I know from traveling extensively on business and leisure how important a great bed is and a good night's sleep. I stay at my house often and desire luxury and comfort. I want my guests to experience that same wonderful feeling as well.

Two of the bedrooms are conjoined and connected by a fabulous circular staircase. The two conjoined bedrooms are the dark blue loft bedroom with ocean views and the downstairs turquoise bedroom that opens up to the back deck with a stone fireplace. The turquoise bedroom has a walk-in closet with all the amenities.

I've also had two new high-end leather queen sleeper sofas for the large upstairs entertainment room. I have added several down comforters and down pillows for extras to be very comfortable.

There is a high-end spa with waterfalls, powerful jets, and seat 8. You will love it. Plus a view of the gardens and the ocean.

The back deck includes a large gas WEBER grill to accompany the amazing outdoor stone fireplace to create the perfect evening outside.

You will love this house. Wake up to the ocean view. You can hear ocean wave activity off in the distance. Take relaxing walks by the beach. The house is within walking distance of the beach (.8 of a mile), walking trails, a wonderful French Bakery, Trader Joe's, and other wonderful restaurants. The house was previously owned and remodeled by a Monterey Bay Aquarium renowned architect.

Escape to a relaxing retreat furnished with cushy leather furniture, Tiffany lighting, warm wood furnishings, fine art, hardwood floors, open beams, outdoor large stone fireplace, all in a vibrant 4-bedroom, 2-bath, 2200 square foot, Pacific Grove home away from home! 3 queen-sized beds and 1 full-sized bed with down comforters and pillows. For larger groups, I have two beautiful leather queen-sized leather sleeper sofas that will sleep 4 people. I also have two queen-sized aero beds (top of the line and blow up in minutes) that fit comfortably in the ocean-view entertainment room with home theater and roof-top ocean-view deck. The large ocean-view entertainment room also has its own bathroom with heated floors. I've just added a new 70' flat screen TV in the entertainment room. Numerous windows look out into the treetops and the Pacific Ocean in the distance. The intimate yard with fountains (from the Filoli Mansion), succulents, and ornamental plants enclose the patio with Adirondack chairs.

A roof top deck with teak furniture overlooks the ocean for a wonderful setting for afternoon cocktails/romantic dinner. Settle into the inviting living room with over 700 CDs/DVD movies or bring your own to use on the fabulous music system provided. Includes Iphone connection to the house sound system. Enjoy a warm fire in the fireplace, play the beautiful grand piano located in the living room, or take a walk up the glass block-encircled staircase to entertain your guests in the spacious entertainment room that includes a TV with DVD/VCR, Stereo, wireless internet access, and a view of the ocean!

The high-end, gourmet kitchen is equipped with more dinnerware, crystal glassware, cutlery (Wusthof knives), and copper cookware than you could possibly use, and features stainless steel appliances including microwave, brand new Maytag STEAM dishwasher, Corian countertop, solid cherry wood cabinetry, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, and Viking range with gas oven (4 burners with large grill). The endless cookbook collection will inspire your inner chef!

The home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linens. The home is beautifully lit with high-end lighting in the kitchen, hallways, bathrooms, and over the artwork. Beds have mattress pads, beautiful linens, down pillows and pillowcases, blankets, and bedspreads or down comforters. There are several sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. There is a blow dryer available in the linen walk-in closet.

The back deck area includes a new stunning natural stone wall with a seating area and large stone fireplace and amazing outdoor lighting (7 different lighting systems all on dimmers to create the perfect setting). There is a brand new large stainless steel Weber Genesis 330 Gas Grill. The hand-carved french doors that lead into the back deck were purchased from an old Pebble Beach mansion located next to the famous 'Lone Cypress Tree'. It is a great place to have an outdoor dinner party or cocktail party or just enjoy a beverage by the fire. It's gorgeous.

There is a conveniently located enclosed patio for your pets to safely play. The house also has a sizeable doggy door for pet access. Just down the street is a wonderful dog walk called the 'Congress Avenue Dog Walk' where locals bring their dogs for afternoon walks. A true delight for dog lovers.

Any time of the year is wonderful in Pacific Grove. April and May are warmer months with more sun with temperatures in the 70s. Beautiful sunny weather. It's the true summertime of Pacific Grove. November, December, and January is a great times to visit this area. Great wave activity by the ocean and clear crisp weather for great beach walk along Pacific Grove/Monterey Bay with temperatures in the 60s.
