Grande maison de plein pied située dans un environnement extrêmement calme, à l'écart des villes et axes routiers, propre et très bien agencée. L'hôte est disponible et arrangeant, nous avons eu tous les équipements bébé necessaires pour notre séjour. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter.

Notre séjour était parfait, car la maison est vraiment au calme (c'est ce que nous voulions), très bien équipée, avec tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine. le coin plancha est vraiment appréciable pour les déjeuners dehors! tout peut se faire en vélo, la piste cyclabe est à 100m de la maison !bref je recommande ! Allez y les yeux fermés !

Très bon séjour

Maison confortable, bien équipée dans un endroit calme, à 2 pas de la piste cyclable. Un malentendu lié à la présence de notre chien a créé un peu de tension à notre arrivée. Il est important de faire apparaître clairement que les chiens ne sont pas autorisés dans cette location. Nous avons pu nous mettre d'accord avec le propriétaire sur les limites à respecter. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Une maison bien située, fonctionnelle et spacieuse

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Monsieur Augé qui s'est montré très réactif suite à nos demandes. La location est agréable, bien équipée à l'intérieur, très bien située au centre de l'île, nous avons pu rayonner en vélo sur l'ensemble de l'île, et apprécier de superbes couchers de soleil. depuis la terrasse. De petites améliorations seraient appréciables comme une meilleure literie, des rideaux au fenêtre à l'arrière, et des aménagements extérieurs (transat, quelques lauriers roses ...). Mais globalement je recommande cette location.

Très bon séjour, la maison est agréable et bien équipée. L'espace extérieur est calme et il y a beaucoup de place avec une grande terrasse sympa et bien exposée. La maison est très propre et le propriétaire très accueillant, sympathique et arrangeant.

Maison spatieuse et calme

De l'espace dans cette maison confortable et moderne. Au bout d'une impasse elle offre une vue sur la nature environnante. Nous n'avons jamais vu autant d'oiseaux sur l'ile d'Oléron que nous connaissons pourtant très bien. Un propriétaire à l'écoute et très réactif nous à permis de passer un très agréable séjour. Une adresse a retenir.

Sehr ruhige Lage, in einem kleinen Dorf

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. St Pierre ist mit dem Auto ca 10 min erreichbar, in dem Dorf selbst gibt es keine Infrastruktur. Das Haus ist für 8 Personen geeignet und zweckmäßig neu mit einer großen Küche ausgestattet. Die Strände sind auch alle zwischen 15 und 30 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. In St Pierre oder St gibt es alles was man braucht. Das Haus liegt mitten im Sumpfgebiet. Im Sommer kann man nach der Dämmerung auch mit Mückenschutz nicht mehr draußen sitzen. Tagsüber ist alles ok. Wenn es sehr heiß ist und je nach Windrichtung kann es unangenehm riechen (fischig). Jean Jaques ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns in allen Fragen gerne und schnell weitergeholfen. Da wir mit die ersten Gäste waren, fehlte noch einiges, was er aber umgehend organisiert hat. Auch mit Bettwäsche hat er uns ausgeholfen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher muss man selbst mitbringen !! Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort, der große Garten ist hierfür ideal. Die Insel selber bietet tolle Strände, ideal für einen Bade und Wassersport Urlaub. Auch Ausflüge nach La Rochelle oder Ford Boyard lohnen sich in jedem Fall.
