About this property

Holiday house on the Ile d'Oleron

House completely renovated in 2019.
This house will welcome you and your family or friends so that you have a great vacation.

It is a two-story house

First floor composed of 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with double sinks and bath, 1 shower room with single sink and shower and 1WC.
The first bedroom is equipped with a 160cm bed,
The second, of a 140cm bed,
The third, a 140cm bed and a 90cm drawer bed
The fourth, with 2 bunk beds (4 * 90cm) and a 90cm drawer bed.

The ground floor is composed of a living room with 2 sofas, a living room with a large table that can accommodate 12 people, a US kitchen, a pantry, a WC and a 15m² garage.

The house is on a fully enclosed plot of 280m² with an outdoor terrace of 30m² (land and terrace will be redone in April).

The house is located 400m² from the center of St GEORGES (tobacco, convenience store, bakery, hairdresser, restaurant) and 1800 meters from the very beautiful beach of FOULEROT (See photo).

It is also 5 minutes from the great LECLERC of St PIERRE.

Sheets can be rented (€ 10 for large beds and € 5 for small beds).

Cleaning is the responsibility of tenants but possibility of having it done (100 €).
