Studio cabin for 1-4 by Chilliwack River

Nestled in the scenic Chilliwack River Valley this cabin is the place to stay in the Fraser Valley of BC if you enjoy the outdoors. A 3 minute walk takes you to salmon fishing on the beautiful Chilliwack River!

This vacation rental cabin is located in an unbelievable location, surrounded by stunning scenery and moments from numerous outdoor adventures.

Hiking, white-water river rafting and kayaking, fishing, golfing and sight-seeing are among some of the things to do in the area. Also, boating, canoeing, lake fishing, sturgeon fishing, ATVing, skeet shooting, and dirt biking can all be done nearby.

We are conveniently located in a quiet country setting where you feel away from it all, yet we are only a 10 minute drive from town amenities! Why stay in town at a hotel when you can stay here in the scenic countryside by the river!

This cozy BC cabin sleeps up to 4 people although there is also a guest house (also on VRBO) that can sleep and additional 6 people (can be rented together) for a total of 10 people. The cabin is detached and about 25 feet from the house and the guest house is the mainfloor of the house on the property. We aim to be affordable accommodations for groups.

The updated & unique 300 square foot studio cabin sleeps 1-4. It is perfect for couples or can also be rented to individuals or small families. Equipped with a hand-crafted king log bed frame, a sofabed, tv/dvd, movies, kitchenette (no stove, but has a hotplate, toaster-oven, microwave & use of a barbeque), bathroom, table/chairs, and a couch, means that it has all the comforts of home yet has a country cabin feel. (Studio means the bed is in the same area as the sofabed and kitchenette)

Separate rental for larger groups: Our mainfloor guest house accommodations can sleep up to 6 guests. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a guest lounge. The mainfloor can be rented as a whole or separately. When rented together, it gives you private use of 1000 square feet of living space! The guest house can be rented separately from the cabin ($215-$245 for 3-6 people)

Make use of the barbeque for guest use located on our huge covered patio with a custom table (seats 8) and lounge furniture. It's the perfect place to dine and relax with friends, family, and sometimes the hosts! Also enjoy our outdoor firepit, which adds to the BC holiday experience.

Relax in the hammock tucked away under a canopy of cedar trees. Enjoy the firepit under the country stars.

WIFI is available for free. Games room with pool table is available for guest use.

Many custom hand-crafted pieces of furniture furnish the accommodations, giving you a unique BC feel to your lodging.

Being that we often accommodate fishermen, our guests are welcome to use our small fish smoker to smoke the salmon they catch. It's a nice treat and a true Canadian experience.

If you enjoy scenic surroundings, including mountain views and the sound of the rushing river, big bright country stars, and fresh air, this is the place to stay for your vacation! If you enjoy outdoor adventures, such as white-water river rafting or kayaking, hiking ,fishing, ATVing, boating, sight-seeing & more, we are located in the ideal place to stay to do such things.

We are 2km from Chilliwack River Rafting & kayaking facilities, less than a 30 minute drive to Chilliwack Lake, and 20 minutes from Cultus Lake.

Other sights to visit that make a nice day trip include Bridal Falls, Harrison Hot Springs, Manning Park, Othello Tunnels, Hell's Gate Air Tram, & more! Vancouver is only a 1.5 hour drive away! Hiking at Mt Baker is 1.5 hours away!

For you fishermen out there, we have a convenient location to fish both the Chilliwack (Vedder) River as well as the Fraser River. Guided sturgeon or salmon trips on the Fraser River are less than 30 minutes away! Spend part of your fishing holiday fishing the Chilliwack River and part of it fishing the Fraser River. The choice is yours in this convenient location! If you are interested in sturgeon or salmon guides, we can refer you to some!

The winter/spring months (Dec-May) are known for steelhead trout fishing on the Chililwack-Vedder River. In the Fall, this river is known for salmon fishing including coho, springs, pinks, and chum.

We welcome groups for fishing, family reunions, vacations, and overflow groups from weddings in Chilliwack. We offer affordable accommodations for your group getaway!

Our cabin is pet-friendly (for dogs), however, the dog needs to be discussed with the owner and approved before booking! Please enquire about our policies! Only well-behaved, trained dogs allowed! Fee may apply. Charges will be applied to the owner for any damage caused by their dog.
