Welcome to this fabulous condo located just a short walk to Flagler Ave where you can stroll down the street taking in all the sites and enjoy dining and entertainment well into the the night. This fully furnished two bed room, two bathroom, Oceanview condominium directly on New Smyrna Beach. Located on the 5th floor of Coronado Towers Condominiums, this unit also provides a gorgeous view of the courtyard as well as pool and ocean from the living room balcony. The unit is steps away from the pool and beach and can sleep 6 with the following amenities: king size bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in the guest bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, appliances, dishware, utensils, etc. ready for use. The unit is also fully tiled with no carpet other than accent rugs. Nice place and location.

A nice place, close to Flagler Ave which is a very nice area, with shops and restaurants. Overlooks the beach and ocean, great for watching the tide come in.

Great condo! Short walk to Flagler!

Great location. Condo looked just like the pictures. We enjoyed most days at the beach but some days at the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay with family!

We enjoyed our recent stay at Beach Daze. It was a beautiful view of the beach with a great pool and access to the beach. We had a few concerns but they were addressed by the host and on-site property manager. It was nice that two beach chairs and toys were available. We would stay at this location again.

We were very happy with our Ocean Front unit stay at Beach Daze and NSB Realty management was top notch, Chanda and Rob and all, were very responsive on any needs we had and great management overall. Brian, management on the property, also very nice and greeted us upon arrival and the cleaning staff as well. You can't beat this location and the OCEAN FRONT. Thanks for a great stay.

It was clean and convenient to the beach and restaurants. The property manager on site was very helpful. The negatives are: a lot of the towels/linens were in rough shape, the a/c could use a service call, and the mattresses could be replaced - major uncomfortable divots in them. Overall, it was a great week, but a few changes would have made it better.

We loved our stay here. The management company was great to work with and the location was fantastic. The condo and building were quiet, clean and well kept. Yes, the furnishings were a bit dated as others have noted but it wasn't a big deal to us. The condo was spacious and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo could be very nice if the owners would do some minor updates. The furniture is old, ugly, stained, and extremely uncomfortable. The TVs need to be upgraded and a tv needs to be put in the guest bedroom. Some decent patio furniture would be nice as well.

Other than the beach and the pool I feel this property is a bit run down

Limited channels , no lock on the screen porch ( 2 small children) , things were very old and not fixed up, no blender for my shakes

Attention to detail by housekeeping

We arrived to find a dishwasher filled with dirty dishes, the dryer lint filler was not clean, mildew in both showers, the master toilet was not clean, no towels in bathrooms, a linen closet in disarray. We realized that our barefeet were black walking in the condo so the floors were dirty too. The management x Company would send someone to clean, but we didn't want to be disturbed. Hope they do a better job next year when we come back since we enjoy the location.

Wonderful family vaca!

Even with the broken handle to our sliding door and the building being older it was a quiet very relaxing vacation spot. It was nice to spend time around more locals instead of more tourists the whole time. Plenty of shops and activities around. Our kids loved it and we had a nice trip!

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at this property for over 3 weeks. The unit was very clean. Met both residents and others staying there and all were very friendly. Close to Flagler street which was very convenient. It is on the driving part of the beach which made for some intersting observations down on the beach. LOL.

Pros: great view. Washer and dryer in unit. Air conditioning worked well. Kitchen had lots of dishes and appliances. Bedrooms spacious. 7 minute walk to Flaglar. Pool was warm and not super busy. Beds comfortable. Good showers. Convenient elevator. Quiet. Lots of towels in unit. Pets allowed. A bit pricey. Cons: no room darkening shades in bedrooms. Confusing tv controls. Furniture is dated as is the condo building. Odd window into kitchen with no privacy curtains. **Lovely stay. We would stay here again**

All was great. Just disappointed that there wasn't enough soap on hand and I had to buy toilet pap

Disappointed in that I had to buy toilet paper and soap and that heat could only go up to 70. Cooler days means it is cooler on condo.

While we always provide a full roll of TP in each bathroom as well as a bag with small soaps, lotions, and other sample size amenities we are happy to review our protocol for sufficiency going forward. Also, I was unaware that the thermostat would not go above 70 when heating the condo. The owners usually use the condo for themselves this time of year. With Covid -19 their plans changed. We have not had guests in this unit for the cold winter months in prior years. I will definitely speak to them about this. I am truly sorry! I would have addressed and remedied the situation immediately had I known. Again, we really appreciate the feedback and the opportunity to improve. We hope you have a very Happy New Year!

Great location on New Smyrna Beach

Location was the best part of the rental. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. It’s walking distance to Flagler Street where there are shops and restaurants.
