We really enjoyed our time at Maximilian's apartment. Convenient to come and go, close to the Market, the water, and all of Chelsea's other attractions, and very comfortable. Oh, we happened to meet the neighbors and they were very nice. Maximilian was prompt with communication and welcoming into his home.

This was one of the most fantastic VRBO experiences I’ve ever had. Max, the home owner, has an amazing home with beautiful decor. Location, location, location !

We had decided for the first time to try VRBO for our family as we moved our daughter into NYU rather than get multiple hotel rooms. This house was beautiful and beyond our expectations from start to finish! It had all modern amenities, house was clean and fresh and the kitchen was gorgeous with state of the art appliances! We were a family of 10 and the sleeping arrangements accommodated everyone comfortably. The location is in the heart of meat packing district with so many great restaurants and shopping, highline and more and just a 20 min walk to NYU. The owners replied in a quick manner and were very accommodating. My husband said he would want to stay just 2 of us while busing our daughter - haha! I would highly recommend this home .

Wow - what a fantastic experience. Amazing home with huge, expansive indoor living space, great bedrooms, and fun outdoor patio overlooking garden.
