Within walking distance to subway and all that Midtown has to offer. Also, within walking distance to the UN. Wonderful restaurants and Broadway shows just a short walk away. Perfect for a long weekend or an extended stay to get all the sights of Manhattan. Marble floors and spiral staircase to the bedrooms upstairs. Great location and great weekend getaway! Beautiful city views from the balcony. A very short walk to Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick's Cathedral and Saks Fifth Avenue. You will love the location and the building with wonderful concierge and doormen at all times.

I was a Rockette for 25 years until I joined the management team in 1996.I purchased this beautiful duplex apt in 1999. The1,400 sq feet space is awesome and I have loved the building and our staff. You will not be disappointed with vacationing in my home

Wonderful to sit on the balcony and watch the city. Also, washer and dryer is in the condo which makes traveling so much easier.
