Exactly as advertised! We had such a great time here. It is so close to many great attractions - and then having the private pool to go back to after a long day of sightseeing was perfect for our family. Highly recommend!

Private Paradise

This was an easy, beautiful stay for us. The kids loved the pool and we loved the greenery, birds and private setting. The inside was incredibly clean and thoughtfully arranged and organized. Lisa was friendly and helpful and gave us lots of space. We miss it there already!

Perfect Stay in LA

Great "home-base" for us to vacation in LA...safe, beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. Close to all the Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Sunset Strip must-sees and dos. Host was very accomadating and quick to respond to requests. Loved the pool/hottub/deck area for relaxing before and after a day/evening out. Bonus: moderate hike to the Hollywood sign from this house for an amazing experience. I did the hike twice during our 5 night stay....including once hiking to Griffiths Observatory and back to this house. It took a long time (5 hours) but was perfect for someone who loves to walk and hike.

Private and quiet, but close to so much!

We stayed here five days as a family who was going to theme parks. The location was perfect and it was private and quiet. The house has so many amenities! Thanks for a great vacation. We will definitely be back.

Wedding Hideaway

We enjoyed out stay at both the studio and upstairs room. Parking was easy and communication with owner was good. Carpet under bed could be cleaner, but overall we were happy with our stay.

My daughter loved the place!

Nice place. Nice neighborhood. I like how the one bedroom is separate from the house. Kinda like your own hotel room with bathroom and mini fridge. It sure was nice to get away from the noisy family at night.

Wonderful Stay!

The property is in a wonderful spot, the accomodations are cozy and the pool is awesome! You can't get more central and honestly the place is perfect if you want a bit of privacy between two parties. The communication with the host is wonderful she is so sweet and friendly. Book this place for sure!!!

Perfect LA base of operations!

The property was perfect—Immaculately maintained, thoughtfully equipped and a friendly host who is a great communicator. The location was perfect, street parking was easy and the settling was ideal. Easy access to all of the places we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again.

Best place where you can stay in LA

Best place to stay if you are visiting LA. Everything is perfect. The pool, the room, the kitchen, the shower and girls leave you're hairdryer and curling iron at home.... It is there!!!! No need to get bottles of water, there is a thing that clears you're tap water. And the shower was the best we had in month...... Thx you Lisa for making us feel welkom and at home. Fun house with great location!

We had a great time staying at the Hollywood Dell property. We stayed with our two teenage daughters. The separate “treehouse” suite worked well with older children. The outdoor space was lovely and we enjoyed the pool. Awesome central location. Easy to get to Dodger game, Venice beach and fun restaurants in West Hollywood. Would stay here again!

Oasis in the heart of Hollywood

Great stay with our college aged kids for a week. Loved the central location as we visited various parts of LA for a week. Coming home every afternoon to a private oasis in a quiet neighborhood was fantastic. The two separate rooms work out great to give our older children some space if their own. Parking right on the street was plentiful. Would absolutely stay again.
