About this property

Entire 4000 SqFt Saratoga Home (near Race Track, Downtown, SPAC and Lake George) with private wooded backyard. Bring your large group (up to 18 guests) to Saratoga! Enjoy three expansive floors for your group to spread out.

The main floor includes a spacious and well-equipped kitchen (including toasters, air fryer, kitchenmaid mixer, cooking tool, spices), with upgraded appliances (Bosch dishwasher, new fridge and oven). A large dining area with extra folding tables and chairs if needed. Gathering spaces include high ceiling large family room, and a separate casual living room with games and cushions. This floor includes bedrooms #1 (queen bed) with view of the woods, and #2 (queen bed) with office desk, and two bathrooms. And a gas fireplace for cool nights. A large screen TV with Roku, and a solid wifi connection for all your computer needs.

The second floor upstairs is the master bedroom #3 (king bed) with view to the woods, bedroom #4 (queen) with view to the woods, bedroom #5 (queen), and bedroom #6 (queen), and two full bathrooms.

The fully finished basement (with hardwood floors and high ceilings) includes an in-law suite with a bedroom #7 (queen), a full bathroom and large living room. The basement also includes four dorm-style twin beds (Beds #8-11 single beds).

Sleeps 18 guests comfortably (up to 20 including couches).

Outdoor grill, hammock, and plenty of outdoor seating for hanging out.

Saratoga

Our family had a wonderful time. The home has a warm feeling with plenty of space to stretch out. We have a large family and we never felt crowded or in each others way. The bedrooms were clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Family reunion

Lovely spacious home and property in a beautiful neighborhood. Matt checked in to make sure everything was Ok. Would rent here again if we needed a rental.

Great Friends Getaway

The house was fantastic in a great neighborhood. Well appointed house with every one of our needs met. 6 Couples had a great time! Close to the Saratoga Race track, downtown and a short ride to Lake George. A good time was had by all. Thank you Matt. We will be back!
