Emplacement ideal pas trop loin du lac - fonctionnel

L'appartement est très bien situé dans un lotissement tout proche de la piste cyclable et du lac. Accessible uniquement via des escaliers. Interieur fonctionnel mais peu chaleureux. Mériterait un petit coup de modernité. Propriétaire accessible facilement via téléphone
