Accueil très chaleureux, petit bémol: le fait de devoir transmettre une caution de 1.000€ n’est pas mentionnée dans l’annonce mais l’agence en charge a été très compréhensive. Le mobilier pourrait être renouvelé partiellement et il n’y a pas de draps housse, ni de tailles oreillers, ni de draps, etc. Emplacement vraiment top et à recommander. Près du lac, des commerces, des restos, … Beaucoup de possibilités d’activités nautiques.

Beau séjour et emplacement central

Bien placé pour un séjour en famille à Carcans Bonne qualité de prestation du bien Super séjour et bon contact avec propriétaire en amont du séjour. Information sur le ménage pourrait être fournie en amont, car le premier contact avec la personne sur place pour récupérer les clés fut un peu brouillon à ce sujet.

Überrascht waren wir von dem Erfordernis der Hinterlegung einer Kaution und der wahlweisen Reinigungskosten. Davon war in den Informationen im Portal nicht die Rede. Auch die Vorinformation bezüglich des vorhandenes Inventar und genaue Adresse waren waren nicht aufschlußreich. Der Kontakt mit den betreuenden Damen vor Ort waren aber überaus freundlich und korrekt.
