Bedrooms:
Primary bedroom: Sattva King mattress, fresh furnishings, Smart TV, and bedside phone charger.
Private primary Bathroom: Jetted tub, separate shower with double headed shower heads, and double sinks.
Second Bedroom: King bed with a high end mattress, sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with third bedroom.
Third Bedroom: King bed, sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with the second bedroom.
Fourth Bedroom: Two Queen beds, adjoining door to hall bathroom.
ALL bedrooms have 100% cotton sheets, phone chargers by each bed and Smart TV's.
Bunk Room: Twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for children.
Bathrooms: Stocked with 100% cotton towels, soaps, and hairdryers.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, including a GE Profile refrigerator, Kitchen Aid ice maker and oven, and quiet 48-decibel dishwasher. Includes a Keurig, regular coffee maker, crock pot, air fryer, blender, shrimp pot, and more.
Dining Area: Coastal-style round dining table with seating for eight.

Villa Coyaba Community Amenities
Private Beach: Exclusive to Villa Coyaba guests, with beach chair service available from March to October.
Heated Pool: Large pool area with ample seating, umbrellas, and chaise lounges.
Fitness Center and Gas Grilling Area: Overlooking the Gulf, complete with patio seating.
Underground Parking: Two designated spots per unit (height limit of 7’1”).
Policies
Reservation Age: Must be 25 or older to book.
No Smoking or Chaperoned Groups: Villa Coyaba is a smoke-free facility, and only families or adult groups are permitted.
Guest Access: Only registered guests may use the pool, beach, gym, and grilling areas. Gym Hours 9am - 9pm. Visitors may visit the condo but cannot use these facilities.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
