Quiet duplex on the edge of the wild coast with beautiful volumes: living room sofa, dining room, dressing room, bathroom, separate wc, fitted kitchen, large balcony facing the sea.
Mezzanine: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160cm, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80cm.
The building has direct access to the beach and its coves. The beach of Paracou is nearby by road on the coast.
Parking and garage by bike.
