It was a nice place. Right on the beach. Very beautiful view and nice spacious cottage. Only issue was ants, housekeeping or whoever cleans in between renters should have cleaned the kitchen better.

Great location!

We had a great time and we are already planning for our next trip to OBX. THe house was clean and the location was perfect. Loved waking up early in the morning and taking a walk along the beach.

Nice location, Nice rental

The house is accurately described and shown as in pictures. I was a little a miss to find out I had paid Vrbo a booking fee, for a home through (resort realty). Which I then had to pay an administrative fee there as well. Basically an extra 200$. When you can call the office and rent the same home with no Vrbo fee. The view was spectacular, the furniture is quite outdated, but fine for a beach box. A TV in the master would have been nice. But we made it work. The cleaning service left a full waste basket under the sink in bathroom. (Not Good in Covid) I just left it and didn’t open that cabinet again. But that is a cleaning issue. This house is DIRECTLY beside a large public beach access and a large electrical transformer is at eye level 5-10 ft away on upper deck (what in the world NC power?) The house next door was under full on construction (my whole stay). The older couple in the house across beach access parking lot seemed very watchful of our comings and going’s, they could just be bored. But we were asked a couple time from across the way “what we were doing” both times answered with “renting, sir” although my husband wanted to sarcastically say oh we were just breaking and entering. I refused as to not give the guy a coronary event. We would definitely stay there again through Resort Realty with no e tea fee.
