Location of house is awesome, great view. This property does not have a washer/dryer that is accessible to guests, even though it is on the listing. I reached out to the Village Realty about this, they ignored me. Also, the trash in the carport was overflowing from previous guests, and most of it wasn't even bagged. I don't think I should have to clean up other people's trash upon arrival. I also don't believe that I should have to empty a packed-full dishwasher upon arrival. Village Realty will send many generic messages throughout your visit, but will not actually reply to you if you have an issue. I would not rent from them again. This house could be great, if a different company managed it.

Great Cottage and Perfect Location

The property was excellent and the location can't be beat. It's right on the breach with a fantastic view. Its also really close to restaurants and other amenities.

Location, location, location!

Great oceanfront location, close to OBX attractions and restaurants. Nice views from two covered decks. Roomy bedrooms, but living/dining area could feel cramped with 8 people (spread out on the deck).

Great Location with a beautiful deck, outdoor shower and easy walk to restaurants. You can walk on the beach to the Tiki Bar & rest. back entrance of the Ramada Inn. Beds were very comfortable. My recommendation is to put a picnic table on the deck, with the stunning view you want to eat outside.

Beautiful home and a perfect location!

We were looking for a quick getaway at the beach and we found it! Everything was great about this home. The location was exactly what we wanted and expected from the listing. The property manager made everything very simple. We will definitely stay here again!
