Private End Unit Town Home House Beach & Boardwalk Spacious 3 Bed

Beautiful downtown well maintained 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom end of unit town home. 3 Blocks from Beach and Boardwalk. Great for White Marlin Open, Air Show and 4th of July Fireworks. Easy access to beach and Boardwalk.

Sleeps 8. Bed sizes include 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 sets of bunk beds. Guests MUST provide their own bedding sheets and towels. Each bed is equipped with pillows and comforters but sheets are required by guests.

This town home includes many updates including a brand new HVAC system, as well as new washer and dryer, all major appliances and all small kitchen appliance including toaster, microwave and coffee pot (& keurig). Three flat screen TVs located in living room, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom for your enjoyment during your stay. Basic cable TV and WiFi included.

Non-smoking. No pets allowed. Not available for high school/college students during "Senior/Beach Week". Garage is not accessible or usable (Owner storage). Plenty of off street parking (4 spots total), we have a driveway on back side (2 spots) of house plus 2 spots in front driveway.

Perfect place to stay

This was the perfect place to stay at OC. Quiet neighborhood, but just a few minutes walk to the boardwalk/beach. My mom (76) came with us and had no trouble at all, and also loved the location. It was plenty of space for the whole family. We loved the decor and convenience and hope to stay again in the future.

Nice spot for families!

Enjoyed our stay here, plenty of space for families. Host was very responsive to messages. Full kitchen was great to cook for kids and very convenient to beach. Took us about 10 minutes to walk to the boards. Quiet at night but convenient to the downtown attractions.

Great location, close to the beach and boardwalk but definitely dirty and disgusting house, and if you desire to stay listen to me and bring not only your on bed blankets and towels but your on blankets and a xober to put on to the bed, we found mouse poop on the first level and on me master bedroom. Every year my family and I rent a house on ocean city Md because we like spen our family vacation on Ocean City , But I wll never rent that propety again.

Stay was nice house was clean.. H2o kids across street were childish and noisy @ all hours of the night (to be expected) but then I received an angry email from the property owner. Owner also claims we broke garage door but the listing states no acess to garage so had no need to go in there so we didnt. And apparently one of the slabs on one of the bunk beds is broken. I have no problem paying for that not sure if we broke or was broken. Just renters beware take a walk though video upon arrival of the whole property. Also dont attempt to have any friends visit you if they are not staying there. Apparently that is not allowed even if they are down on the side walk

Tenants had at least 20 people out on our deck, used are neighbors driveway for their friends parking and hooked up there power stuff to our neighbors house. Tenants somehow lifted our garage door and ran an extension cord from inside out and now our garage door won’t open. Bed rails cracked in half but did offer to fix/replace them. Denied garage door issue. Our cleaning lady sends a detailed video upon arrival and after she has completed cleaning of all parts of our home. Checks in closets and under beds for “items left behind”. Noticed bed rails immediately and called me. Never again will we rent for H2O weekend. Lesson learned.

Great place to stay close to everything

This house was perfect for our family for the WMO we were so close to everything and didn’t need to drive to go anywhere. The only thing I could see some improvement with are the A/C it did get quite warm on the really hot days and was hard to keep the house cool.

What a GREAT place

My family and I come to OC every year. We like to stay down closer to the board walk and this place is right there. Its a close walk to the beach/board walk however, its quite at night. We bring the kids and they loved it. We will def be back. Amber is super nice and very responsive.

Our family of seven stayed here for a week in July and absolutely loved it. The house was just as advertised and the walk to the beach was not bad at all! Amber was great to deal with and was quick to answer any questions. Will definitely look to stay here again!

Weekend trip

Everything was generally clean with the property and the location is great. Their is some upkeep needed with no smoke detector ( exposed wiring hanging ) and their was a concern about the garbage disposal which we did not use so I would suggest that checking everything once you arrive. I would actually stay there again because of the location but would be more thorough at checkin. The owner was responsive when I asked a question.

The place was prettier and SO much bigger in person. Super clean as well. Very accommodating. The only bad thing was that the AC wasn’t working on our whole stay. It was SO hot in there and SO uncomfortable but as soon as I spoke to the owner, they sent someone to fix it right away. According to the technician, the owner knows that the AC needs to be replaced. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to the next person. The AC began to work on check out day. If it weren’t for this inconvenience, this would have been the perfect vacation because this place is beyond amazing!

This townhouse was exactly what we were looking for, with a master suite for my husband and me, another room for my mother and sister, and a separate room for toddler son. We loved that the location was quiet but still close to the beach and accessible to other shops. Amber was great in answering all my questions. So glad we were able to make a last minute (ish) trip out to OCMD this summer!

This was such a wonderful home- great location to the beach. GREAT price!!!! House was clean and had (almost) everything we needed!! my friends and I would definitely stay again. Air conditioner kind of stinks, but it is what it is. The fans in every room came in clutch!! 1 suggestion- please leave extra toilet paper for the guests... adn bath floor mats!
