Wonderful property, wonderful host! Exceptionally clean and well appointed condo. Communication from our host Dana was consistent, detailed, and very helpful, from check-in to navigating our stay in OC. Our visit was cut short by a Nor'easter, but we would have loved to spend more time here. Looking forward to booking another stay here when the weather is more cooperative!

The Mermaid condo is amazing! You have everything you need available. The host, Dana was superb and understanding. My little guy broke a glass bowl by the bed and was totally forgiving. We really appreciate it! Communication and cleanliness was outstanding. Will definitely come back!

Absolutely no surprises -- apartment was as beautiful as described and pictured. Check -in and check-out were smooth. This was a wonderful property for a family vacation -- location and amenities are great -- proximity to the beach is excellent! The host provides guests with a kitchen stocked with everything you need and is a great communicator. They even let you use their beach locker, chairs and umbrella. That was a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo on the beach!

Had a wonderful stay at this property! Instructions for check-in, pool access, and locker access were easy to follow. Loved having the beach locker for storing beach items. Gorgeous views, nice amenities, we will definitely be back!

Great condo!

The condo made the vacation great! The place was as described and the pictures were relevant. The balcony over looking the beach was my favorite place to watch the sunrise, get some morning sun or enjoy a drink in the evenings. You couldn’t ask for a better location with bay and beach sights!

Family vacation

Absolutely a must stay! This condo does not disappoint awesome ocean and bay views! We saw dolphins ever morning feeding from the ocean side Balcony. Very roomy and spacious! We definitely enjoyed our stay at this place.

Great condo with amazing views

Beautiful views of beach and bay Tastefully decorated very clean and well stocked! We were able to see the NYE fireworks from bedroom balcony! Dana even had a Christmas tree complete with beach themed ornaments! Owner very responsive we will definitely stay here again

Our stay was amazing. The condo is ideal for 4 adults (2 couples). The balconies were beautiful offering sunrise and sunset options. The kitchen was perfect for eating in and morning gatherings. The owners were fantastic with all communication. We stayed from Sunday to Wed., had 2 vehicles and were able to pay for 2nd parking permit. (Total for 2 cars with fees 90.)The decor of Mermaids was loved by all. We would definatley vacation here again.

Perfect Condo in OC!

We so enjoyed our stay in OC at this beautiful condo! We especially appreciated the two balconies! We enjoyed our coffee oceanfront in the morning, and wine on the bayside at sunset! The local was perfect, the beds were great, the decor was top of the line. Communication with the owner was easy and we appreciated her recommendations. I can see us returning many times to this beautiful condo in the future! It doesn't get any better than this!
