Beautiful apartment for 5 people on the ground floor of a large villa located +/- 2 km from Cannobio along the road with beautiful views of the lake and private beach reserved for the owner, his family and tenants.
The apartment of +/- 100 m² is composed of a living room (with TV, wifi), a dining room / entrance, 1 bedroom (a double bed) and 1 bedroom (3 single beds), a small bathroom (with washing machine) and an equipped kitchen. A terrace near the kitchen and a terrace in the garden overlooking the lake.
Parking is available to the tenant and part of the garden.

The price is 70,00 € / day, or 100,00 € or 120,00 € / day following season.

Lake holiday

A fantastic stay on the lake with private access to beach. Pictures of accommodation don’t do it justice. It is much bigger in reality. A car is needed to drive into Cannobio but it is a short drive away and worth the visit. The only downside is the main road between the property and the beach but the views and lake make up for this. Would definitely go again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Magnifique maison bien située au bord du lac

La maison est très bien située sur le Lac Majeur, près de la charmante ville de Cannobio. La maison est spacieuse et confortable et bénéficie d'une magnifique vue sur le Lac. C'est également une chance de bénéficier de la plage privée car les plages sont rares sur le Lac Majeur. Merci aux propriétaires de leur accueil et de leur gentillesse !

Nous avons accueilli la famille Boyer avec plaisir. C'est une famille sympathique et sans problème. Nous avons été heureux de constater qu'ils ont bien apprécié les baignades dans le lac et la terrasse . Nous n'hésiterons pas à les accueillir à nouveau s'ils le souhaitaient.

Tolle Lage am See mit Privatstrand

Wir haben im Juli/August zwei Wochen in der Villa Elisabeth verbracht und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und geräumig, lediglich das Bad könnte größer sein. Im Durchgang zum Bad stößt man sich leicht den Kopf, da dort die Decke sehr niedrig ist. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Sitzplatz im Garten ist besonders reizvoll, da man einen tollen Blick auf den See hat. Um zu dem privaten Kiesstrand zu kommen, muss man die Hauptstraße überqueren, die sehr befahren ist. Diese Straße ist der einzige negative Aspekt der Wohnung. Einerseits ist es dadurch recht laut (vor allem durch Motorradfahrer bereits früh morgens), andererseits bietet diese Straße kaum eine Möglichkeit zu Fuß nach Cannobio zu gelangen, da man lediglich zwischen Leitplanke und rasendem Verkehr laufen kann, was nicht nur unangenehm sondern auch sehr gefährlich ist. Das heißt, man ist auf jeden Fall auf ein Auto angewiesen. Für dieses steht eine kleine Parkbucht an dieser Hauptstraße zur Verfügung. Das Ein- und Ausparken bedarf hier allerdings eine gewisse Waghalsigkeit. Wir haben von diesem Domizil aus sehr schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns auch gute Anregungen für Ausflüge gegeben. Ein Tipp: man sollte auf keinen Fall am Samstag nach der Ankunft in Cannobio im Supermarkt einkaufen, da dieser zu der Zeit rappelvoll ist und man regelrecht durch die eh schon schmalen Gänge geschoben wird. Da sollte man besser z.B. nach Verbania fahren und dort in einem größeren Supermarkt (z.B. Bennet oder Tigros) einkaufen.

Très agréable logement au bord du lac à proximité de Cannobio

Nous avons passé avec nos deux enfants de 4 et 7 ans un très agréable séjour chez Monique Jacquerye. Nous avons trouvé la propriété sans difficulté et avons été très gentiment accueillis. Le logement est spacieux pour une famille de 4 personnes, confortable, très bien équipé et propre. Le jardin mis à la disposition des locataires offre une vue imprenable. Nos enfants ont adoré se baigner dans le lac sur la plage privée. L'accès à Cannobio, magnifique village au bord de l'eau, est facile mais il faut être motorisé. Beaucoup de balades à faire dans les environs.

Excellent accueil, la location est parfaite, propre, lumineuse et bien située pour visiter la région Lago Maggiore , la vue sur la mer est magnifique. Un magnifique endroit entre mer et montagne. Rien ne manque dans cette location. tranquilité assurée, équipement complet, vue magnifique de la terrasse sur la mer sans oublier la gentillesse des propriétaires.avec beaucoup d'attention et de renseignements multiples.
