La Selva B 402 Residence by Lago Reisen

It is a closed residence popular with our holiday guests and buyers in a quiet south-facing location. A public beach with a snack bar is approx. 400 m away. Of particular note are the large, well-maintained and free swimming pool with snack bar and changing rooms (approx. 25 mx approx. 12 m, open from approx. Mid-June to approx. Early September), sun loungers and umbrellas and the tennis courts (each for a fee) The subtropical vegetation, the gigantic unobstructable lake view, the large sun terraces and gardens and the large sunny balconies are beautiful. Most apartments have their own covered parking space within the closed facility. There is free guest parking outside the residence. Note: There are two main reasons for our high number of regular guests in this residence (quality and rental price): These are usually tastefully furnished private apartments. Since we already earned our agency commission when we sold every apartment, we can now offer you these apartments free of commission as a tenant. 3½-room maisonette apartment "B 402" with approx. 85 m² living space, up to 4 people + 1 child: 1. Level: entrance area with cloakroom, living / dining room with electric shutters, satellite TV (full HD), CD / DVD / tuner, large floor-to-ceiling panoramic sliding doors, exit to the balcony and a gigantic view of the lake. Open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 4-burner gas stove and microwave Bedroom with double bed (continuous mattress) Friendly bathroom with bidet, bath with shower and window Approx. 15 m² covered balcony with a gigantic view of the lake 2. Level: Gallery with laptop desk and toddler bed (124 cm x 64 cm) 2. Eine Ferienwohnung wie bei fewo beschrieben. Wenn jeder die Wohnung so verlässt wie er sie vorfindet bleibt sie weiterhin super sauber, gute Aufteilung alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und ein sehr netter Empfang durch Carmina. Die Informationen im Vorfeld und die Korrespondenz mit dem Vermieter waren sehr nett und ausführlich. Ich kann die Wohnung jedem weiterempfehlen

Wunderbarer Blick, veraltete Einrichtung und mangelhafte Betthygiene

Was man zu der Wohnung wissen sollte: Pluspunkte: - traumhafter Blick über den Lago Maggiore - Sonne von früh bis spät auf dem Balkon - Blick ins Grüne (Bachlauf, Schlucht) - genügend Abstand von der Straße - kurzer Fußweg nach Intra - nahegelegenes vielfältiges Wandergebiet Minuspunkte: - Wohnung liegt in einer großen etwas in die Jahre gekommenen (Beton-)Anlage (im Oktober kein Problem, da nur wenige Wohnungen belegt waren, auch sind über die Jahrzehnte schöne Grünpflanzen gewachsen) - Einrichtung der Wohnung, insbesondere die technischen Geräte, sind veraltet - die Betten waren in einem unhygienischen Zustand (Körpersäfte aus Jahrzehnten) Konstruktive Ratschläge für die Vermietung des Objektes: - Kontrolle und Wäsche von Bettdecken, Matratzenauflagen und Matratzenhüllen nach jedem Gast - Anschaffung einer neuen Küche - Abschaffung der kleinteiligen und offenen Einrichtung, die das Sauberhalten erschwert

Vie féerique sur le lac majeur. Très bel Appartement, bien équipé avec Clim, lave vaisselle et lave linge. Aucune déception. Je conseille vivement !
